Stopped in to talk to Dan about a new 2010 F150, wanted to trade in my old 2005 F150 which was in good shape. I knew Dan from his days at Brighton Ford. I like to stick with dealers that work hard with you, and Dan didn't disappoint. After some apprehension on my part, we worked through that and he included a moonroof for under $350 bucks..which is nice. I see alot of folks having problems on the used side, but the new side seemed to work pretty well. Acutally negoiated until 10:00PM, Dan and Keith stayed the whole time until I was ready...had a good experience. It would be good to do your research before hand though to ensure you know what you want. My Dad also bought a truck from Jim, he did a nice job as well. more

I have bought all of my vehicles at Lasco Ford and not once had any issues with service, no issues with the salesmen, no issues with the dealership at all. This place is great and is always hoppin. I would recomend Lasco Ford to everyone. Don't hesitate to visit they are great here. more

I took a chance one day and called this dealership to ask about current promotions and offers. I was put in touch with a salesperson (Billy Fohey) by telephone and the process began. After a couple of calls and a visit to the dealership, my husband and I ended up purchasing a vehicle from Billy and we were very satisfied with the service we received. We noticed that even though the dealership was extremely busy with people moving about rapidly, we still received great service!! Our saleperson was constantly receiving calls and had returning customers coming in and he still was able to address all of our needs. Even today on his day off he agreed to meet with my husband who could not be present to sign documents at the time of the sale. He went to my husband's job at an agreed time to get everything finalized. All of our questions were answered and every detail that we asked him to take care of was. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership but it won't be our last. I have driven a Chevy for the last eight years that I purchased from a Chevy dealership in Flint. I'm glad I made the switch. We are going to refer as many people as possible to this dealership because great service is not given very often in today's society. I must say that obviously your workers are happy because of something you guys are doing right at Lasco and that definitely shines through to the customers. Kudos to Lasco Ford! more

Ms Harris is very professional and very friendly so great to work with. Overall it was a quick deal, the dealership was very busy that day however, all people involved did the best to make sure it is as quick as possible to get the vehicle home the same day. more

Super friendly and super easy to work with, great buying experience! I live a long way away, and all the information was made available to me prior to my coming to the showroom. Upon arrival Mike had several cars that met my specifications price wise and options wise ready for me to test drive. I knew going in that I was ready to buy and the whole process took me less than 2 hours and I drove away in my new Ford! more

I was looking for a new (pre-owned)car and I was uncertain of exactly what I wanted. The only thing I knew is I needed something with a hatch that got good gas mileage. Ed was SO patient. I test drove 5-7 cars and ended up with the PERFECT car for me! I got a Jeep Compass with VERY low miles, great sound system and a color I love. Overall it was a great experience and I loved that there was no pressure to buy. Ed was more concerned with getting me into a car that fit my needs than pushing me to buy. I highly recommend!! more
