Terrible, The warranty is useless, they fight you every step of the way for a claim. The dealerships inspection is questionable and suspect. Having the car for only a few months, there is already engine issues which should have been caught by repair staff. At first, the staff is very nice and helpful but when something happens and hold them accountable, they make themselves very scarce. Beware!! more

Great experience will highly recommend to my friends. glad I chose Lasco ford to purchase my new truck. Kayla was wonderful to work with so bubbly and look out for all my needs. Even tought me how to use my new navigation system. I can't wait to come back for my oil changes and see everyone that helped. Thanks ! more

We had a great experience working with Steve. We have bought two vehicles from him and had great service both times. As for the quality of vehicle we bought, they are the best. Ed Samples was very friendly and helped me with my purchase, I did get a KBB value for my trade, also got $1150 off the original price for a the vehicle I was buying (2008 Edge) If you are shopping for car, give Ed Sample a call, I had good experince at Lasco Ford. more

I was thoroughly satisfied with the excellent service and demeanor of Ed and Adam. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. Both worked well past closing time to close my deal. They went the extra mile. Ed was with me for over 5 hours to make sure every little detail I wanted was met and not once did his pleasant demeanor ever change!! Ed was the greatest and I will always go to him for my cars. more

I have heard nothing but good things about lasco ford! So when I stopped in, as soon as I walked threw the door I was greeted by Christine Harris. She was polite and outgoing she made a long process fun and successful. By the time I left I had keys in my hand and a safe reliable car for me and my 4 month baby! more

Lasco Ford was great! Called Billy Fohey he put us in contact with Mark Waligora..Mark has us in a car the same day. I had been looking for a car for two weeks; in one afternoon they found me the perfect car. I even had some financial hills to over come but they did that too. more

Easy A plan transaction. This smaller size store in fenton impressed me ten fold. They have the right cars and dont mess with prices. It's good to see a Ford store that knows just sell more for the proper price and you will get more customers. I will tell everyone from Dearborn it's a shorter drive than you think and it's worth it! more

I had been sold a gray market car by another dealership. Couldn't insure it in the U.S. for less than 3 times what it would normally cost. The dealer didn't want to make it right. I took the car to Lasco, where Angie let me drive many cars to get a feel for what I wanted. I found one that I really liked (a 2007 Focus) and she moved heaven and earth to get me into it. She was just great! Another thing I liked about Lasco was that they are selling my Canadian trade-in in Canada. They told me that they would not do to their customers what the other dealership did to me. Integrity! more
