Great great great great 12/3/2010

Stopped in to talk to Dan about a new 2010 F150, wanted to trade in my old 2005 F150 which was in good shape. I knew Dan from his days at Brighton Ford. I like to stick with dealers that work hard with you, and Dan didn't disappoint. After some apprehension on my part, we worked through that and he included a moon roof for under $350 bucks..which is nice. I see a lot of folks having problems on the used side, but the new side seemed to work pretty well. Actually negotiated until 10:00PM, Dan and Keith stayed the whole time until I was ready...had a good experience. It would be good to do your research before hand though to ensure you know what you want. My Dad also bought a truck from Jim, he did a nice job as well. more

Class act 11/22/2010

allen is a ""class act"". he treated us with great care. our credit is not so good but allen told us ""everything is fine""! he was right i got a great deal on my new car and rates that i could easily deal with. Thanks Lasco Ford and Allen L.Our next purchase will be @ lasco ford! more

I live in Lansing and bought a car all the way out in Fenton! Your salesman, Ron Johnston, is awesome. I wasn't even looking to buy an Escape. I had originally called regarding a Pontiac Aztek, which was already sold before I could come out and see it. Ron encouraged us to hop on the website and view your inventory. Good advice. We will be back. more

Honest and fair. I know that I could have gotten a better ""deal"" but our salesman's honesty and ability to be straight forward and clear is just as important. No hidden fees or surprises. We appreciate their kindness and professionalism. more

dont buy any used car here either 10/7/2010

Wish there was a star for ripoff...Bought used car and very next week needed a battery, i said okay, no problem...Next week after that found out A/C didnt work, and on top of that car needed 3000 worth of repairs, at the request of finance manager i bought this car. I called to talk to manager and he isn't in, no return phone call, nothing, warranty is just as biggest ripoff from them...Wish I wouldve read some of these reviews before i bought from them, never again though. more

WARNING DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! RATED ""F"" WITH THE BBB. I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH FIRST! WE PURCHASED A TRUCK FROM HERE THAT IMMEDIATELY HAD ISSUES. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON ON OUR WAY HOME FROM DEALERSHIP. WE CALLED AND WERE TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DOING THAT THE OTHER DAY..HMMMM?! ANOTHER ISSUE CAME UP, WE WERE TOLD ""JUST WAIT 30 DAYS FOR YOUR WARRANTY TO KICK IN AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A RENTAL AND PAY HALF OF YOUR DEDUCTIBLE..BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.. AFTER 30 DAYS ,""OH MY MECHANIC SAID WE CAN'T TAKE CARE OF THAT ISSUE HERE AND ITS NOT COVERED UNDER YOUR WARRANTY"". DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! AND BY THE WAY..ALL THE 5 STARS ARE FAKE! THEY COME FROM PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN NY, CA, AL?! TO GET THE REAL SCOOP LOOK AT RATINGS THAT GIVE ONE STAR. more

Great salesmen, great dealership 9/24/2010

I have bought all of my vehicles at Lasco Ford and not once had any issues with service, no issues with the salesmen, no issues with the dealership at all. This place is great and is always hoppin. I would recommend Lasco Ford to everyone. Don't hesitate to visit they are great here. more

BEWARE! 9/23/2010

This dealership needs to be out of business. My daugherter purchased a used truck that immediately had problems. The sales guy and Lasco himself said wait until the warranty kicks in to get it fixed. Turns out the warranty doesn't cover the dangerous defect. We were told to go to a Chevy dealer because Lasco couldn't fix the problem. Why this dealership is still in business is puzzling and why citsearch gives this dealership 4 stars doesn't make sense. 35% of the respondents give this dealership 1 star or LESS. Stay away!!!!!!! more
