Stopped in to talk to Dan about a new 2010 F150, wanted to trade in my old 2005 F150 which was in good shape. I knew Dan from his days at Brighton Ford. I like to stick with dealers that work hard with you, and Dan didn't disappoint. After some apprehension on my part, we worked through that and he included a moonroof for under $350 bucks..which is nice. I see alot of folks having problems on the used side, but the new side seemed to work pretty well. Acutally negoiated until 10:00PM, Dan and Keith stayed the whole time until I was ready...had a good experience. It would be good to do your research before hand though to ensure you know what you want. My Dad also bought a truck from Jim, he did a nice job as well.
