My wife and I had been to several dealerships that promised to help us that only turned us down.. At this dealership we were treated with respect the minute we walked in the door. Our sales lady Mona were so very friendly and helped us get into a very nice suv for our family. Our monthly payments are affordable and we love the life rewards program they offer there. Jason the manger took the time to explain to us our options.. We are very grateful to Larry Jay Mitsubishi and the staff.. more

Best Customer Service we ever received! 11/12/2010

Wow! These Guys Definately know how to help anyone down on their luck.. Not only were we able to get into a car with no money down, we drove away with a great car with free oil changes and tire rotations for as long as we own the car.. Our salesman Anwar were the friendliest sales person we had ever met at any car dealership.. Thank you Larry Jay! more

We had been to many other dealerships that promised to help us out that did not. We went to Larry Jay Mitsubishi after talking to their very kind representatives and were greated and treated with respect! Not only were they able to help us out from under a car we owed money on , they were able to help us get into a car that fit our budget! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! more

Slow and excuses 3/7/2010

I went by Larry Jay, to look at a car that had a decent price, I was tossed from one salesman to another, and even with a good credit report in my hand, they ran my report before they would even talk to me about a car. I liked it, made an offer, which was denied, and the counter offer came only $100 less than listed for, I put in new offer, with the dealer picking up T,T, &L, and it seemingly was accepted, because next thing was a handshake. When the paperwork was complete almost 2 hours later, after being told 2 minutes for 2 hours, the price was different than my offer and I paid the taxes. The salesman was weak, knows nothing about cars, and was just slow. Deals like this one leave you feeling bad about the whole deal, even though it is a relatively quality car. Excuses are the words of the entire experience, changing deals and sales price, after extended waits, and feeling raped after all was over left a bad taste. Now it's over and the real face is out, all you can do is wear out more

Ehh! 1/14/2010

Horrible customer service! We have been dealing with them for 6 months. After promising us to come back in 6 months and they would help us we did. Then 6 months later they were no help and kept giving us the run around. They were no help and kept asking and asking for stuff and we gave them everything and then they wanted more in return! Really disappointing more

Bad Buisness 9/7/2009

when the sales people new they werent going to make a sale they begain to be verbally hostile. When i arrived at larry jay imports on south blvd on thursday 09/03/09 i was greeted by the sales guy he was very nice(at first) we went in did an application and then test drove a nice car. after they recieved a copy of my credit report i was approved for the car but i told them i couldnt afford a 500.00 monthly payment. so the sales guy showed me another car. i told the man before he got the other car that i have 3 kids and i needed something like a van type, that i didnt want a car he insisted on me seeing this mitsubishi Gallant It was an 07 with 35k miles it had a 60k mile warranty so that meant i had 25k miles left under the warranty. I test drove it and i liked it but this is not what i needed. when i told the guy this and he looked at me and said YOU HAVE POOR CREDIT WHAT DO YOU EXPECT!!!, very loudly. I felt so bad at this point i wanted to run to my car and never come back. as i begain to walk away he begain to plead for me to give it a try so being the nice person that i am i let him continue to talk. He finally talked me into the car the offer was 750.00 down with 349.00 a month i said ok and i drove off the lot with the car this was a thursday night i was to come back on saturday to finish the paper work. I came back on Sat with my family thinking we were going to do the paperwork and go for a drive in our new car. when i got there we had to wait about 30 min to see the sales guy, he was suckering another customer. He came to us and said that the bank said we needed to put another 1000 down on the 07 or he could give us an 08 with a better warranty. we looked at the 08 gallant and it had 52k miles i said to the man how is this a better warranty he said because it is an 08 makes it a better warranty i said well that is ok i dont want this car we are going to go home and get my car the deal is off. he said ""your not going anywhere is our car, if your not going to buy the car you cant leave with our car."" I said if i would have known this was going to happen i wouldnt have brought my family. At this point my husband was with me and he was very upset. He made a remark that one of the guys overheard and the sales guy went off. he was cussing and fussing acting like he wanted to fight. the sales manager had to hold the sales guy back from attacking my husband. i asked the sales manager to see if he could have someone give me my 2 month old my son and my husband a ride home. His response was ""I dont care how you get home."" At this point i was in tears holding my baby to calm her down, but i was crying harder than she was. The manager at this place came to me in pitty and said. ""If it were up to me i wouldnt have anything to do with you and your husband but because i know you need a car for your newborn i will let you take the 07 with just 1200 down"" I said after all this i dont think i want to do buisness with people who talk to us any kind of way. I said with your last comment do you honestly think i want to do buisness with your company. he walked away and after a few minutes sent a van to take us home. This was officially the worst day of my life. Right before we left my husband went in to apologize to the sales guy for his comment and the sales guy said "" if we were in the street i would F*** u up!!! Im done with Larry Jay Mitsubishi!!!!!!! Pros: they are open 7 days a week Cons: lies, lies , lies more

Worst experence ever!!! 5/14/2009

Need to have a zero star for this one. Bought a used Endeavor and had only a few issues with the car that I was assured would be taken care of in a few days. They totally forgot that I existed after I walked out their door. The car had three new tires of one make and one worn tire. I wanted a new tire that matched the other three. They finally got the tire in, a month later to only find out it was the wrong tire now I have to waste time and gas to drive back again. A small grill was missing under the passenger headlight, they put a new one in but it doesn't match the other grill. I call the manager to ask about these situations only to go to voice mail and he never returns the call. This dealership does not understand if customers aren't happy then they will get NO repeat business, plus customers may post reviews to deter other customers. Pros: Excellent before the sell Cons: Terrible service after the sell more
