Late night service call 1/26/2012

I got in over my head on a sink replacement job. First Greg Larkin came over and looked at the situation. He had me call into his office and they sent Tom over within an hour; this was at 8p. Tom got here, had me running within an hour and even stayed extra to get my hot water heater running. Tom was very professional and I would recommend him and the company to anyone. Thanks Tom!!! more

Attending plumber/ supervisor Eli Brandt did the water heater replacement job very efficiently. He is a big asset to his profession. 1/18/2012

After about ten years of continuous usage, our Rheem gas water heater died out. Due to favorable comments from our immediate Siena neighborhood plus the 10-year longevity of the appliance, I did not hesitate to call Larkin Plumbing for replacement. Eli Brandt had high praises for the Rheem product. He professionally installed a similar model -- the Rheem model 42V75E with similar capacity of 75 gallons. Eli wasted no time finishing the task. He showed competence and attended to fine details of the installation. more

Quick, efficient, honest service! 1/17/2012

Excellent service. I called and had a plumber at my house for a non-emergency repair in just a couple hours. Eli, the plumber, was terrific. He fixed everything efficiently and was very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain everything he was doing, including how to avoid these plumbing problems in the future. He also checked to make sure my water softener was working (it was). Not knowing much about softeners, he could easily have sold me a softener I don't need (but he didn't). Honesty is the difference between the places that are just looking for a one time hit and companies like Larkin, that are looking to build long term relationships with their clients. I definitely will be calling Larkin and asking for Eli for any future repairs. more

Eli is always very polite, knowledgeable and professional - that's why I called him back directly after installing my softwater system in 2010. Larkin's prices are higher for parts/labor, but I know that the work is done right. more

It was a very positive experience with excellent repairman-ship. 1/9/2012

Eli eliminated every plumbing problem that we had. He talked us through each problem and carefully outlined each solution. Eli is the most ethical repairman and also the most efficient repairman we have had in our home. We will always request him. Larkin is lucky to have him. more
