Wonderful and affordable 8/8/2012

Last week had my hot water line cracked, was leaking water under my house Larkin got a plumber out there quickly and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Kurt the plumber they had out there was very helpful in explain it to me. He also took the time to check other plumbing issue. I would use larkin from now on. more

Very prompt and professional. I have used Larkin for many years and have always been satisfied with the workmanship. They have worked on very large jobs for me as well as small ones. They are the safe bet. more

I bought a water softener From Tev at Larkin Plumbing when I replaced my water heater.. I loved it so much we installed one the next day for my mother. The service was excellent, clean and fast, the product was awesome! I could feel the difference the next day in my skin. I recommend everyone use Tev at Larkin and a water softener is a must!! more

Trouble with our air pump for our Jetair bathtub and Keith solved the problem 7/11/2012

Quality Total Experience Summary: Trouble with our air pump for our Jetair Tub and Keith solved the problem. Review: After seaking help through Lowe's knowing that they sold the AquaGlass Jetair bathtub I was given a phone number to the manufactor in California. When I called and was put on HOLD, I was then told they did not have anyone local in Las Vegas that could help me. Imagine,(their customer service is in sleep mode) I then Called Larkin as my daughter had asked me to and low and behold Larkin was able to send someone out the same day. Keith, was very sharp and found the cause of our pump not working. Not only was he able to restore the pump back to use, he was able to share with us how things work with our pump. Keith is a people person and considerate. He saved the day. Keith working for Larkin has given us faith in Larkin Plumbing. Thank you from one happy homeowner, Irene more

Will never use them again. Called them for a minor leak in the attic on the ice maker line that had caused some ceiling stains. Instead of replacing the line he cut out the leak and put in a connection. When we came home a fews days later the ceiling was sagging. I found out later that when he put in the connection on the plastic line he left out one of the ferrels. Which is ironic because it took him more time to itemize it on the bill then it would take to put it in. They only charged for materials to fix their faulty repair work and left me with hundreds of dollars in drywall/ceiling works. On a scale of 1 to 5 give them a zero. I was better of before I called them, they just made it worse. more

I knew exactly what was going to be done at every point to fix a plumbing leak, was shown what the actual problems were, knew exactly what the costs would be, and all done in a very efficient and professional manner.
