Excellent service. I called and had a plumber at my house for a non-emergency repair in just a couple hours. Eli, the plumber, was terrific. He fixed everything efficiently and was very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain everything he was doing, including how to avoid these plumbing problems in the future. He also checked to make sure my water softener was working (it was). Not knowing much about softeners, he could easily have sold me a softener I don't need (but he didn't). Honesty is the difference between the places that are just looking for a one time hit and companies like Larkin, that are looking to build long term relationships with their clients. I definitely will be calling Larkin and asking for Eli for any future repairs.
