WARNING DANGER DANGER STAY AWAY 1/23/2010

I purcharsed a practucally new 06 mazda 6 had a transmission problem was dropped off to on dec 26 to there lot and is now jan 26 and no car the transmission has been covered by the warranty yet due to the severe lack of service i still have no car no contact with managment no returned phone calls the warranty company oked the repairs on dec 31 for a estimated 18hr repair its been 26 days !!!!!! im not saying dont buy a mazda or a dodge JUST DONT BUY IT AT LANDMARK DODGE WARNING STAY AWAY Pros: If you like HEADACHES Cons: Lies and endless excusses no acceptece of fault more

""Georgia's Giant"" Headache 11/19/2009

I purchased a used 2004 Dodge Ram from Landmark on 10.20.09 with a lot of hassle from the sales staff due to the ridiculous price. We went back and forth and agreed on a walk out price with the staff telling me the truck had been fully inspected. On 10.21.09 my check engine light came on. I took a closer look at the truck and found the following problems, i had no spare tire, no jack in the truck, my speedometer was way off, missing parts on the interior, bugs in the cab, and the exhaust was held up with a coat hanger. Yes a coat hanger. They told us to bring the truck back to them and they would fix the problems, so i did. I received a rental on 10.22.09. Three days later i got a call from one of the staff telling me that the had sold the rental they gave me and that i needed to return it that day. I drive the 85 miles to them and they gave me another rental and told me the gas was on them. I got my truck back on 10.26.09 and everything was going great. Well the next morning on my way to work the cruise control would not engage. They have yet to fix the problem claiming there is nothing wrong. I tried to speak with the general manager about the problem and i told him ""your company sold me a piece of trash and i want it fixed"" his reply ""sometimes it happens, your warranty does not cover the problem"" Watch out for this company. You would think the way the car business is going right now they would take better care of cash paying customer. Guess not. Be on your toes. Pros: Ummm.... Great Customer Service 6/16/2008

We purchased a used Mazda MPV van from Landmark on Saturday June 14th, 2008. Robert Larkin waited on us. He could not have treated us any better. We had gone to CarMax three times before going to Landmark. Each time when we arrived the vechicle had been sold for over a week. They do not update their website but once a month. We were very disappointed with them But at Landmark the vehicle was available and Robert explained everything to us in detail and also helped us through the process of the paperwork and made it quick and easy. Even though we paid cash for our purchase the financial department could not have been any better. We really liked the way we were treated and we most likely will go back to Landmark when we decided to purchase our next vehicle later this year. Thank you Landmark... Pros: Thumbs up more
