Land Rover of Roaring Fork's service definitely gets five stars. Number one, they're always very friendly, and their customer service is just fabulous. There have been a few times I've had to drop a vehicle off and they have given me a lift to get to another garage. They're also fast! more

My wife and I had been looking for a vehicle for about 4 months. While staying next door we saw the make and model of what we were searching for. We walked over (it was after business hours), looked at the vehicle and then checked the dealer and vehicle out on line. We read the reviews and decided to send a contact request drove home and heard from them the next business day. We bought this vehicle without driving it, or even opening the doors. It was a bit of a risk but we trusted this dealer. We live in Parker and made arrangements to pick up the vehicle the next weekend. After we drove up the vehicle we bought came down with an issue but they serviced it and even replaced major components that I wouldn't have known were bad before we took it home. I believe these guys based their work on their reputation and we are not disappointed. If you are in the market for a Land Rover you need to at least contact Roaring Fork Land Rover. more

I had my first encounter with Land Rover Roaring Fork when I bought my Land Rover from another dealer. It was used from a Subaru dealer, and it needed some work done on it. They referred me to Roaring Fork. Even though they didn't sell me the car, they were extremely helpful. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They told me how long it would take, and they recommended where I could get coffee. They kept me updated with the work, and they followed up with a phone call the next day. It was a very nice experience! more

I purchased my Land Rover in Colorado Springs, but Land Rover Roaring Fork was closer to where I live, so I brought my Land Rover there when I needed a servicing. I spoke to the same person, Roger, when I called in and when I arrived at the dealership. He was fantastic and so very, very nice. When I got there, they got me right in. They told me it would take thirty minutes. I had my puppy dog with me, so we went for a walk. The service ended up taking longer than thirty minutes, but I was not upset by this at all. They did look really busy. Roger was so nice, and he apologized for the longer than estimated service time. It was a great experience in the end. I always recommend them to others. If I need servicing again, I will go there, and I hope I always get to deal with Roger! more

Land Rover Roaring Fork did very well. They had told us during a previous service what we would be looking for and had given us a price quote. They stuck to it and got it done in a timely manner. They were replacing some spark plugs and giving the car a once over to make sure everything was in shape. We've been using their service for a couple of years. In part we go there out of convenience. We live an hour and a half away and they're willing to meet us part of the way so that we don't have to drive the whole hour and a half. They'll bring over a loaner vehicle and pick up the car for us. They have very good customer service. It's excellent. more

The new service manager of Land Rover Roaring Fork, Richard, was very eager to help me and to please me. They went above and beyond my expectations and have made my experience having a Land Rover easy. I've been with them for three years. They've always completed their service in a timely manner and always provided a loaner car. They do what they need to do and are always very, very nice. They make it very easy. more

I moved out to the Roaring Fork Valley from Florida with my Land Rover. I didn't know who was going to service it when I had some issues. Land Rover of Roaring Fork will take care of any problem I have immediately. They either give me a car, or they drive me. They let me know exactly how much things will cost, then have it all done by the promised time. It's been great! more

Land Rover took care of me. I thought I had a battery problem but they checked it out and there was nothing wrong with it. They did tell me about a problem that needed to be taken care of and then they washed my car. They didn't charge me anything. You can hardly beat that. Brake K. more

I used Land Rover Roaring Fork when my car broke down some distance away from there. They were able to attend to my vehicle promptly and get it fixed promptly. They had very good customer service. It was just excellent. They ended up fixing the right front strut and the air bag. I would strongly recommend them. more

Land Rover of Roaring Fork came, picked up my car, and then delivered a fabulous Range Rover to me that I got to drive for three days. That was REALLY fun. They then delivered my car back to me so I didn't have to go down to pick it up. They also comped my service because I had gotten an email from them saying I needed to come in for my complimentary visit. It actually turned out that wasn't supposed to be sent to me after all, but then they went ahead and went through with the comp anyway! more

I was driving toward Glenwood Springs and had an issue near a pass. I called Land Rover of Roaring Fork right away, but got there right when they were closing. Roger, the service department manager, was THE MOST helpful person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership in my entire life, which really says a lot. It was too late to have anything done that night, but he made room for me the next day because I was just passing through. The next day, it was fixed quickly enough to have me on my way by noon. It was a perfect experience. To whomever has the power: Roger certainly deserves some kind of special praise or acknowledgment. He was absolutely fantastic. more

My wife, daughter, and I were driving back to Houston from Grand Junction and the a/c went out in our Land Rover. We called Land Rover Roaring Fork with less than an hour notice to see if they could fit us in. Randy was the service technician and I believe it was Danny who answered the call. He put me on hold for just a minute and then told me to come and they could fit me in after lunch. They were extremely friendly and got us in right away. They started working on it half an hour earlier than they were scheduled to. I guess they came back early and started working before lunch was over. They recommended a place where we could walk to have lunch. Then they called us shortly after and said, "We got a loaner in and the weather's looking bad, so let us come pick you up in this loaner." So we did that and saw some of the town. They called us and told us the repairs were more complex and involved the brakes and some other things. They ordered the parts right then so they could get started right away the next day. They even stayed a little later to help us unload our vehicle of things we needed to stay overnight and then locked up our vehicle for us and made sure it was safe. The following day they stayed in touch. When we got back they had even fixed stuff we had mentioned, but they didn't think they would have time for--reprogramming and things like that. The vehicle was really clean and spotless when it got back to us. It was probably one of the most professional and attentive-to-detail shops I've ever had the experience of dealing with. If we lived in the area, we definitely would be coming back regularly. more

I was traveling and my air suspension light came on. I called Land Rover Roaring Fork and they were busy and booked, but they were very nice. They called me back and they were able to fit me in to take a look at it. Not only did they take a look, but had the parts they needed and were able to get it all fixed in a couple of hours. Their service was excellent. I would do business with them again in the future. I would probably go to Glenwood Springs for vacation just because they are there and could take care of my car. They offer exceptional service. I was remarkably impressed. They were responsive and quick to take care of my problem. more
