My 2008 RR Sport is the third Land Rover Ive owned since 2004.I am consistently pleased and appreciative of the fine service I receive at Land Rover Roaring Fork/Glenwood Springs, CO. I am a real estate agent in the one of the highest priced markets in the country, and I depend upon my car to perform superbly on a daily basis - as expected - as a means for my livelihood. When the auto does not perform to my expectation(s) - or something is wrong and needs fixing, an infrequent but some time occurrence - I depend upon the service department to perform well and answer my needs without hesitation ... with expediency, excellence and politeness. In all instances since 2004, Land Rover Roaring Fork has met and exceeded the call of duty and performed with excellent customer service. Id like to praise specifically Service Mgr Michael Galluci for his great attitude,friendliness, can-do willingness to help on demand consistently and for his thorough follow-through. I also would like to give a special mention of praise to salesman Mark Murray (imagine that...an auto salesperson who is praiseworthy!!) who has assisted me on numerous occasions with a quiet, soft spoken competence and a superb knowledge of the Land Rover cars and offerings. All in all, I am highly pleased with my relationship with LR/Roaring Fork. PS: At the time of this writing, I have just purchased my 4th Land Rover, a 2012 RR Sport.
