I have had the ultimate experience with Land Rover Roaring Fork. A Volvo dealership used to be where the Land Rover dealership is now, so they do Volvos as well. I drive a Volvo and I've had my yearly service done there, had some weird computer problems with my radio and my lights fixed, and I've also had headlamps changed out. So they've done all sorts of stuff for me and they've always been brilliant. I have small children and they're always great about that and give me a loaner vehicle. Quite often they say it's going to be a couple days and it takes literally a couple hours. They are absolutely fabulous down there and I love the fact they clean my car and don't complain that I have kids while doing it. I would have no hesitation recommending them. I think they're really reasonably priced. I have phoned other dealerships to get comparative prices since things are REALLY expensive where I live and sometimes you feel like you have nowhere else to go. But I've never felt like that at Land Rover Roaring Fork. I feel like their prices are really competitive and the people who work there are great with me and great with my kids. I don't always like going because I don't like waiting and I don't like spending a lot of money, but that's not their fault. I have no qualms whatsoever about using them. more

I've been dealing with Land Rover of Roaring Fork for a number of years. They have been consistently responsive in a timely manner. I'm in the customer service business myself so I appreciate it. For instance, I live 45 minutes away. They send a loaner car, pick up my car, and bring it back when it's done. My latest instance was a couple of weeks ago and we had a repair, but were traveling for my 30th wedding anniversary. They moved us along very quickly, gave us a great loaner car, they called us, and went out of their way. It was significant work done and they put two teams on in order to get it done in a timely manner. By the time we were done with our day in Aspen, we came back and our car was ready for us. Lovely people. They give the best service. more

I moved here from Ohio, and my dealership there was totally incompetent. On the other hand, when I walked into Land Rover Roaring Fork, it was clear that they knew what they were doing. They explained what I needed, and didn't give me excuses or make things up. The woman in charge of the service was nice, just phenomenal. They also gave me a recommendation for where to go to get my son's Tahoe fixed. more

I had to leave my car there to get some stuff fixed. They provided me with a loaner and had my car fixed in a timely manner. They are always accommodating and professional. It's the best service I've had in the area. Steve the service guy and Nicole at the front desk were both outstanding. more

I had some troubles with my vehicle when I first purchased it from Land Rover Roaring Fork. I was dissatisfied with the vehicle and with their roadside assistance. However, the new general manager and fleet manager have worked hard to earn my business and keep it. They've gone above and beyond. I go there as a friend now, which is very different from my first experience. They take care of me. more

My 2008 RR Sport is the third Land Rover Ive owned since 2004.I am consistently pleased and appreciative of the fine service I receive at Land Rover Roaring Fork/Glenwood Springs, CO. I am a real estate agent in the one of the highest priced markets in the country, and I depend upon my car to perform superbly on a daily basis - as expected - as a means for my livelihood. When the auto does not perform to my expectation(s) - or something is wrong and needs fixing, an infrequent but some time occurrence - I depend upon the service department to perform well and answer my needs without hesitation ... with expediency, excellence and politeness. In all instances since 2004, Land Rover Roaring Fork has met and exceeded the call of duty and performed with excellent customer service. Id like to praise specifically Service Mgr Michael Galluci for his great attitude,friendliness, can-do willingness to help on demand consistently and for his thorough follow-through. I also would like to give a special mention of praise to salesman Mark Murray (imagine that...an auto salesperson who is praiseworthy!!) who has assisted me on numerous occasions with a quiet, soft spoken competence and a superb knowledge of the Land Rover cars and offerings. All in all, I am highly pleased with my relationship with LR/Roaring Fork. PS: At the time of this writing, I have just purchased my 4th Land Rover, a 2012 RR Sport. My experience with the Land Rover Roaring Fork sales department was exceptional, but I am not as convinced that their service department is as good or that they have the same commitment to the customer as sales. I needed help from the service department to contact the manufacturer or whoever was responsible for my warranty to get my damaged tire replaced. I was ignored for a long time, but then the sales department stepped in and gave me good directions on how to get my situation taken in care of. Eventually the Land Rover manufacturer did replace my tire, as they should have. The service department was more interested in doing work than in getting my problem taken care of by Land Rover or whoever would be responsible. Land Rover Roaring Fork has very good people who give good service and I am glad they are still there. Thomas Danis more

My most recent experience with Land Rover of Roaring Fork was when i dumped antifreeze into my engine on accident. When I called, rather hysterical, they walked me through the whole thing. They got the car towed, and were able to save everything. I was pretty impressed. more

I've been Land Rover Roaring Fork's customer since they came to the area, about eleven years ago. Since then, I've bought four cars from them. Any time I've had a service problem, they've managed to get me in, get me a loaner car, and do what needs to get done. They are very accommodating and they have a great attitude. They make me feel like they really value my business. We're a small town and we only have four dealerships, and these guys are just top-notch. It just doesn't get better than them. more
