Highly recommend 3/12/2024

My stay was amazing. They were wonderful with my dietary restrictions and worked hard to help me get what I needed, and not get what I didn’t. Jean from the kitchen was very helpful. The staff always asked if there was anything else they could do for me. Dee my tech went above and beyond in helping me. They all worked to help me get stronger and we’re always checking to see if I was okay. I would highly recommend. Amanda from East Wing. more

Would recommend 3/5/2024

The staff here are wonderful.they are welcoming friendly, caring, outgoing, and helpful. I had one staff member who was not those things, and once I spoke up, I did not have that person again. Therapists were fantastic. I am glad I was here for my rehab, but hope I don’t need it again, but if I do, I will certainly request to be sent here. more

Wonderful. 2/13/2024

My stay here was wonderful. I had been here once before, and I was so pleased they had a bed available when I needed it this time. I wanted to be here if I couldn’t go home. The entire staff are wonderful. The rooms are clean and bright. The building doesn’t have any weird smells, like some places. I really enjoyed Talia my OT student and Mary from housekeeping who cleaned my room. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. more

There are angels among us, and this place has many angels. The staff are wonderful. I felt so well cared for. Thank you to each and everyone of them. If you need rehabilitation for a stroke, I highly highly recommend coming here. more

I really appreciative of care 2/8/2024

I am so appreciative of the care I received here. The team was wonderful. I felt like a connected with many of the staff, but I really appreciated the assistance and guidance by Allyson my therapist. Jean in the kitchen was also so wonderful, bring me a daily dose of cheer. I hope I never need rehab again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to return, or advise others to come here. more

Very good 2/8/2024

The staff were quick to come when I rang my bell. I appreciated that. At the other hospital I swear it sometimes took an hour. I really liked Paige my therapist and the other. Main therapist who worked with me but I can’t remember her name, so sorry, she was great too. The housekeepers were friendly and brightened my day as they chatted with me while cleaning my room. My brother had been a patient here before, so I knew what to expect, but they were better than I anticipated. Very personable staff. I would highly recommend to anyone. more

Best asset here is the amazing staff. They are responsive kind and enjoyable in their interactions, it made the stay ALMOST enjoyable. I would recommend if you HAVE to need rehab. more

Very pleased 2/6/2024

My neighbor had been here previously, and recommend I come here when I needed rehabilitation. I am glad I made the decision to come here. The people here are happy to be here, and are kind and caring. The kitchen staff were wonderful. I am a vegetarian, and they worked with me to have meals that I could eat, and wanted to eat. I appreciated their extra efforts. My first room was too cool, and they right away moved me to a new room, they didn’t make me feel bad, they quickly switched my room like it was no problem. There are so many stellar staff here, that it wouldn’t be right if I just named a few, they were all great. I am blessed. Tullia from West Wing more

Wonderful 2/6/2024

My stay here was wonderful. Everyone was very nice, and took good care of me. I was here before with my knee replacement. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but her for my rehab, everything is that good. I would not hesitate one tiny bit about returning or recommending. My case manager Sue was wonderful too. Linda from NRC more

Best place 2/3/2024

I have been in other rehabs, and this is by far the best place. It is clean, private rooms, food is better than most hospitals and the staff are amazing.mi had to wait for my bell to be answered sometimes, but it wasn’t more than 10 minutes, at the other places it could be an hour. My therapists were excellent and my nursing team responsive. I would highly recommend if you need rehab. The best. more

Recommend Highly 2/2/2024

I hope I or my family ever need this type care again, but if we do, we are picking to come here. The hospital told us this was a good place, and it was. I appreciated the cleanliness and private room. The staff were caring and available to assist when I needed it. My therapy team was outstanding and got me back to nearly my old self. The food was good and the staff who brought the trays were friendly. I would highly Recommend more

Would come back if I had too 2/2/2024

It was nice her. The staff treated me well. I also knew I had to do the work, even on days I didn’t feel like it. I appreciated my aides Pam and Ashley. And Jean from the kitchen was very kind and helpful. I have no complaints and would certainly choose to come back, if I had to return. I hope I don’t. This is an A+place. They immediately assist when you need something. They give genuine care. They try to assess what, andcwhen you will need something. I am not going home, but to another rehab closer to my home, it will make it easier for my wife to visit, but I enjoyed my stay here in the brain injury wing, and would recommend this hospital without hesitation. Very very good 1/29/2024

My stay here was very, very good. The nurses are wonderful to me,.I’m was actually surprised how nice everyone was to me, I wasn’t expecting this high level care. I really didn’t know what to expect. If I rang my bell, someone was there quickly. Even the night shift staff were friendly and caring. I can’t think of one bad thing to say. I hope I never need to come back, but if I do, I would pick here, and I would recommend anyone to come here. more

This is an A+ experience with top of the line staff. The staff are professional, caring, kind and responsive. My doctor, Dr Baublitz was compassionate and did not seem rushed. My therapy team were all stars! I would recommend this facility if you need a path to regain your independence and strength. Good place. more

Caring staff 1/26/2024

It was very nice here, no complaints. This is a better atmosphere here than a previous rehab I had been in. I can point out one special person, or two, as they all were great. They were kind, compassionate and good. Some knew my husband had passed and they were so kind, especially the chaplain. I would absolutely recommend. Judy from West wing more

Great Staff 1/25/2024

The staff here are great. They are friendly, kind, compassionate, caring, fun, professional, I could go on and on with superlatives. The rooms are large and private, and clean, no funny smells here. Only negative my family said was difficult finding parking sometimes, but it is free. The food was okay too for. Hospital food, and there were lots of options. I would HIGHLY recommend Lancaster Rehab. more

My stay here was fantastic. The people who work here, the entire crew are top notch. They are caring, kind, warm and professional. I wanted to be home, but knew I needed some recovery time before I went home. Glad I came here, I feel much more confident about going home. more

Great results 1/24/2024

My mom had great results from coming here. We didn’t think she would be able to go back home, but she is. The team here worked with her to help her learn how to do things again, and helped her balance and worked on her thinking and planning. We plan to stay with her for a bit at home at first, but we are amazed with her progress. Thank you LRH. more

  • We offer specialized treatment programs for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation and orthopedic injury as well as other injury and illness. Our rehabilitation programs are centered around the individual needs of each patient to improve health, function and quality of life. Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities differ from other post-acute options most notably in the amount of therapy offered and medical oversight provided. We offer specialized therapy, rehab-trained nursing care, rehabilitation physician involvement and disease state management tailored to our patient population. Our patients receive at least 3 hours of therapy at least 5 days each week.
