Good experience 11/14/2023

My stay here was good. After my car accident I was in no shape to go home, but after two weeks here, I am ready. The therapy team was excellent, they did an amazing job working with me. The nursing staff overall were excellent as well. I really appreciated Daisy, Honey Dew, and Eleecia. These three deserve a raise. Victor west wing more

Very good staff 11/14/2023

The therapy and nursing staff were very good. They are customer focused and do a wonderful job. I found the food good, but breakfast items were often cool. I really appreciated my therapist Kayla, and my speech therapist as well. My Ot was good, but I can’t remember speech and OT names, sorry. I would reccomend this hospital for care after a stroke. Taught me things 11/13/2023

It was cold here for me. My family bright in a heavier blanket for me. Everybody was good to me. I’ll be glad to move around more at home. Here, I couldn’t get up as much as I would have liked. My therapist Kendra was terrific. She taught me lots of things to help me at home. Therapy was good for me. The food is terrific, the meat was tender. more

Supportive staff 11/13/2023

Everyone was very nice and supportive. So many great staff and I can’t remember their names, but they were wonderful. Sometimes the wait time for helping me to bathroom was a little long, especially when given a laxative. But usually they were responsive. I hope I never need to come back, but if I did I would not be worried about coming here. more

Very Good 11/13/2023

The aides are wonderful. They never made me feel bad for calling for assistance. PT and OT were wonderful as well. My nurses could not have been kinder. I really appreciated Melissa and John ( bald nurse). He really is a gift. I would highly recommend this hospital if you need rehabilitation. Carol from East wing more

Highly recommend 11/12/2023

I liked it here. I was at a previous rehab in a local nursing home and this was nothing like that. There I shared a room, here my room was private. The staff here are responsive when you need to go to the bathroom, the therapists here really give you good therapy. I worked hard and they helped me reach my goals quickly. The food is good here too. I would highly recommend this rehab over my previous rehab. more

Great 11/10/2023

I thought my stay was great. I was here in 2021, and was happy then, and glad I could get back in. Everyone is so nice, and does a good job. The food is good too. The rooms are set up nicely. My nurses Anika and Susan were so sweet. If you need this type help, this is the best place. Anne, East Wing more

Couldn’t be better 11/10/2023

I don’t think I could have been in better hands. Everyone was helpful and kind, and I appreciated them all. The food is plentiful and good. I can’t think of one thing they could do better. I really appreciated my speech therapist, Erin and Kay my therapist. I feel bad I don’t remember everyone’s names. My second time here, I hope I stay healthy and don’t need a third trip. more

Everybody here is wonderful, they are so patient, kind and caring. They make you feel like you are important and they want you to get better. I would recommend Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital if you need help. more

Second time 11/8/2023

This was my second time here. I cannot say enough good about this place. It really can’t be beat. My therapists Alexa and Kayla were fantastic. Alexa and I carried on like kids. The rooms are clean, the staff efficient, and nurses are nice. I hope I don’t have to come back again, but I wouldn’t hesitate if I needed it. Patty (Mary Jane) East wing more

Liked it here 11/8/2023

I really liked it here. The feeling is homey and it felt comfortable. I live alone with my dog, so it was nice to have such friendly people to chat with. The therapy team was wonderful, I really liked Anna and her student Zach. Zach was helpful. I even liked the food. I would suggest more snack offerings in the evening, as dinner comes pretty early. I would recommend this rehab. more

Certainly would recommend 11/7/2023

My dad Bill was here on East wing, and I had also been a previous patient. When the hospital said dad needed rehab, we knew immediately that we wanted him here. We knew he would be well cared for and safe. We really appreciated how kind the staff were to him and us, his family. Everyone works together and are so pleasant. We certainly would recommend this rehab. more

Would recommend 11/7/2023

My stay here was longer than I wanted, but then again, I didn’t want to be here at all. The entire staff treated me very well. I knew I had problems with my neck, back and hip, and they worked with me, giving me leniency when I needed it. Dixie was always so cheerful and pleasant. I would recommend. Roxane from East 136 more

Very pleased 11/6/2023

My husband and I were very pleased with the care we received here. All the staff were exceptional, Lauren and Miriam from the wound team, did an wonderful job answering my questions about his wounds. Maia was very helpful at his discharge, helping to explain the next steps. We would recommend this facility if you need this type of care. more

A+ 11/6/2023

This place was great. A+, couldn’t be better. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I was here after a stroke, and I was scared, with left sided weakness. They all did a great job working with me to tell gain function. I was so afraid but they worked with me so I got control and could go home. The nursing care was good, the food good, the room clean. Nobly suggestion I would add is that they have a hairdresser. My hair is a mess, and I would have liked the opportunity to look good. Nancy from East Wing more

  • We offer specialized treatment programs for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation and orthopedic injury as well as other injury and illness. Our rehabilitation programs are centered around the individual needs of each patient to improve health, function and quality of life. Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities differ from other post-acute options most notably in the amount of therapy offered and medical oversight provided. We offer specialized therapy, rehab-trained nursing care, rehabilitation physician involvement and disease state management tailored to our patient population. Our patients receive at least 3 hours of therapy at least 5 days each week.
