Liked it here 10/12/2023

The people who work here are wonderful. I had a stroke and don’t want to admit how scared I was. The team here gave me hope and confidence. I really appreciated Dr. P., Erin, Dylan Nicole and Sue my case manager. Glad to be going home, but would definitely recommend this place. Dave from NRC more

Loved it here 10/11/2023

I almost don’t want to leave, it was so nice here. The nurses, techs, therapists were all great. Some of the nurses who stood out were, Mia, Crystal, Trisha, Jessa, And the techs, Dee was outstanding and others were too/ Anika, Brenda,Jeanna. My therapy team Kayla, Jess, Mark, Emma and Cassandra. The kitchen ladies, Jean and Karen. The housekeeping staff Angie, Scott and Mim. Everyone was fantastic, were friendly and genuinely cared. I would give 10 stars and recommend to anyone. more

Good education and tips 10/11/2023

I had a lot to learn. The staff were very educational and gave me good information. Therapy was excellent. I liked my therapist Kendra and nurse Bobbie Jo. Everyone was very nice. I would recommend for someone else. Bob from West Wing more

Good care 10/10/2023

They treated my wife very well. I could rest easy when I went home in the evening. The staff are courteous, kind and caring. The therapy team did a great job working with her. I do wish they had longer visiting hours on the weekend, 6 pm seemed early. I would highly recommend this rehabilitation hospital if you need care after a stroke. more

I loved the staff here 10/10/2023

I loved the staff here, only had one “bossy” person at night. Maybe she was having a rough time? The kitchen staff were wonderful and got me whatever I wanted. I liked Erik and Dylan. I would reccomend here if you need it after a stroke like I did. more

Definitely recommend 10/9/2023

It was worth coming here. Therapy helped me get my strength back and better prepared for being home alone. They did a good job and it worked out well. I would definitely recommend. more

It was alright here. Therapy was very good. I was well taken care of. The food was good. I have no complaints. I would recommend coming here if you need it. The staff are very nice. more

The staff are the best 10/8/2023

Best part of being here was being treated well. The staff were quick when I needed something. They were kind and professional and caring. The staff make this place work. I can see why they are a top rehab facility. The doctors are on site and available, the food is good, and parking is free. My family had to pay to park at the other hospital. I would certainly recommend this hospital. more

No complaints 10/6/2023

It’s good here, I have no complaints. The therapists work with each other and that is helpful. There is a fast response to the call bell. I am a CNA, and I would enjoy working here when I am better. Daisy the PCA was great, as was my nurse Damarus. I liked my therapists Anna, PT, and Katie my OT. I would recommend this hospital if you need rehab. Jose from West Wing more

I was here before and it reains a great place. Therapists are wonderful, they provide excellent teaching and training. The speech, OT, and PT know their stuff. Nurses do a fabulous job as well. I was here during the height of Covid when no visitors were allowed. Much better now that we can visitors and go to therapy gym. more

Wow 10/5/2023

I would say “wow” if asked to describe my stay. I was amazed at what saw going on and what they did for me. I sat in the gym area and was in awe of the therapists AND the other patients. Everyone was working together to get us all home! I would highly recommend this hospital for rehab! more

Best nurses 10/4/2023

They have the best nurses, but I really appreciated Chicka, he explained things to me and was so kind and gentle. My room had lots of air blowing in it from the vent, it made me cold. The therapists were wonderful as well. more

Special place 10/3/2023

It was very good here. Therapists are great, so are nurses. Everybody does good. My only complaint is they give too much food. It’s a waste. I ordered scrambled eggs and got a huge scoop. I ordered a half cup of soup, and got a full bowl. I hate having to waste food. But all the wonderful people make this a special place. Joan from the NRC more

I would give more than 5 stars. The people that work here are nice, caring and gentle. The room is clean and the food good. Dylan my therapist was wonderful and Venus my aide was nice too. I had no complaints. more

Team atmosphere 10/2/2023

My father was her and this place is top notch. The care was excellent. Everyone was caring, kind, if he needed anything, they were quick to respond. We really appreciated Dee. This is truly an authentic team atmosphere here. I would highly recommend to anyone. Daughter of George from West Wing more

My stay here was good. The staff are nice, come when needed. The food is good for hospital food. They helped me be able to get back home, which makes me very happy. more

Can’t go wrong 9/30/2023

My stay here was good. The people are nice, therapists know what they are doing. Sometimes they got me up too early, but I know they have lots of people to see. I also liked when I had to go to my surgeons for an appointment, they made the arrangements and got me there. I didn’t have to do a thing. Good place with good people, can’t go wrong. more

  • We offer specialized treatment programs for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation and orthopedic injury as well as other injury and illness. Our rehabilitation programs are centered around the individual needs of each patient to improve health, function and quality of life. Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities differ from other post-acute options most notably in the amount of therapy offered and medical oversight provided. We offer specialized therapy, rehab-trained nursing care, rehabilitation physician involvement and disease state management tailored to our patient population. Our patients receive at least 3 hours of therapy at least 5 days each week.
