Great personal contact, not thorough 4/10/2013

Normally I would give them a 5 but lately they have been missing some things as of late. They forget little things, on one occasion I came in for a servicing of my car and they did not reset the trigger/dashboard so that my car would know to start counting miles again for the next servicing as my car alternates between major and minor servicing. Another time they had to rebuild my steering box and as I drove away they forgot to reconnect the electrical part to my steering. They fix the little problems but I have to bring them to their attention. They always get me in right away if I need help and I normally feel favorably towards them. They give great personal contact but don't seem that thorough. more

Through one of my friends I came to know about you guys and I think its important to appeal to the customers- Which you are already doing! Customers don't necessarily know anything about the vehicles, so FAITH plays a huge role in getting the customers back to you. I think your doing a great job. Congrats :) more

Repeat customer; happy every time. 3/12/2013

I've brought several cars to Lakeside Mercedes Repair and each time, there are no problems with their service. Last time, it seemed that whatever they did, the problem wasn't fixed. It was the transmission I think. I kept going back, and they provided the same customer service every time, staying friendly and reassuring me. That's just the way things work. I was upset going back in but I'd find the thank-you note on my car every time. You go in, and you have the assurance that you'll be taken care of no matter how long it takes. They showed me under the car and why it was having problems. They educate you as well as fixing the problem. more

Pretty good experience. 11/27/2012

Lakeside Mercedes Repair analyzed the problem and suggested the repair. They came up with a Plan A and a Plan B. Plan B worked for me and was cheaper also. What stood out was their willingness to review the cost and their honesty. They didn't blow anything out of proportion. All I was concerned about was the money and they were able to accommodate me. more
