Review content:
Normally I would give them a 5 but lately they have been missing some things as of late. They forget little things, on one occasion I came in for a servicing of my car and they did not reset the trigger/dashboard so that my car would know to start counting miles again for the next servicing as my car alternates between major and minor servicing.
Another time they had to rebuild my steering box and as I drove away they forgot to reconnect the electrical part to my steering. They fix the little problems but I have to bring them to their attention.
They always get me in right away if I need help and I normally feel favorably towards them. They give great personal contact but don't seem that thorough.
