I've brought several cars to Lakeside Mercedes Repair and each time, there are no problems with their service. Last time, it seemed that whatever they did, the problem wasn't fixed. It was the transmission I think. I kept going back, and they provided the same customer service every time, staying friendly and reassuring me. That's just the way things work.
I was upset going back in but I'd find the thank-you note on my car every time. You go in, and you have the assurance that you'll be taken care of no matter how long it takes. They showed me under the car and why it was having problems. They educate you as well as fixing the problem.
