Great Customer Service 5/27/2015

Overall - I'm happy with the treatment and work performed by the Ladin Hyundai team. The only glitch was that an exterior wash of my vehicle was promised, but not completed. Not a big deal, really. An oversight for certain. Also, I related a possible transmission issue, which was commented on under the "check engine light" task, but it was not resolved. Although the check engine light is now off, the car still downshifts abruptly when approaching a stop (until the car has been driven for about 10 mins - then it seems to go back to normal). more

Not a good place for service at all...... 5/6/2015

If I could give it a double zero I would..... Every time I come there for service and get a car for the day they manage to go get the filthiest car inside and out and bring it to me. I always have to complain and of course they come out with what they should have from the beginning. When I get my car back why after a day or two dose something go wrong???? And why isn't my car washed when I pick it up? Safe bet I won't be back to Ladin Hyundai Subaru Thousand Oaks. Works Service dept ever / workers more

everything was great and fast, free car wash too! 4/24/2015

I want in for my first free oil change, was told it wold be about an hour and 15 minutes. I was kind of in a rush. Well about 15-20 after dropping it off it was still sitting there, not even brought back to the service center. I was thinking, "great, the 1 day I'm in a hurry..." well they finally brought it to the back and performed the service and a free car wash in about 25-30 miutes. Needless to say I was thrilled, being in a hurry and getting the car back about 50 minutes instead of 75, washed. Great service! Great place!!! more
