Awseome & Quick service 10/2/2014

I had a flat tire where no spare was in the car due to it being a hybrid. I pressed the SOS link and there shows up a tow truck who took me to Ladin Honda and they took care of me like a Super Star with a loaner car and getting my car back in no time. THANK YOU TEAM LADIN.... YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. more

Poor customer service 7/26/2014

Brought my car in for service and they misplaced some bolts. Upon confronting them about the misplaced bolts they installed some nonfactory replacements and informed me that they had not even touched the cover from the which the bolts were missing. When I asked them how they managed to change the oil filter without removing that cover they then admitted they had removed the cover and had probably lost the bolts. more

Seems like they are trying but am unsure about honesty 6/27/2014

Brought car in at another mechanics request dealerships seem to think of the mechanic didn't know what he was talking about leaves consumer in the dark about who to believe. The other mechanics thougt the brake pads were wearing unevenly Ladin says they're not wearing unevenly so and very and so they oiled calipers pins. the other mechanics said the calipers needed to be replaced it's hard to know who to believe more
