Horrible Service 3/6/2015

I made my appointment a week prior and reserved a loaner car which they now charge $25 for, and there was no appointment reserved when I showed up. Also, they do not discuss work performed or not performed when car is pick up. My car was dirty and not vacuumed. more

Quick and clean 2/19/2015

Great service and quick too. Really appreciated the loaner car but it was so disgustingly dirty- stained seats, filthy inside and out and smelly!!! Almost took it to the car wash because I couldn't stand to be in it! more

Ladin Sales Team makes us feel like VIPs 11/22/2014

Taking our leased Hybrid Sonata in for service, love when Eric (sales manager) or other salespeople see you and come over to talk and make sure you are 110% happy with your car. You'd think we've bought a fleet of cars by the VIP treatment we get. I recommend Ladin to a LOT of people for new cars and continued service. Next car will be from them too. more

LOVED THIS PLACE FOR MANY YEARS 10/22/2014

I'm not sure if i'm disappointed in the service a little or disappointed in the car. This Sante Fe is not half the car that my 2007 Sante Fe was...Just little nagging things...the mileage meters are strange the temperature gauge needs binoculars and a good angle to read.. The blue tooth works correctly 50% of the time the radio is very underpowered or ? Can't get clear reception on many stations that other cars get easily. My dirvers seat moves just a touch at odd times while driving. I have adjusted it many times to get a comfortable position and it never feels good as my previous car did..I don't know if the seat is out of line as it is just these little things that nag at you... I am answering the recommend only because I can't end the review unless I do....I am not sure if I would recommend Hyundai to friends right now more
