I've never had the feeling Ladin cheated me. I trust them which is more than I can say for other dealers. The availability of a loan car is fantastic. Being a former Lincoln dealer, they really know how to properly a customer. more

Sevice dept review 4/15/2014

The only problem with your service dept. is that it is not open on Saturdays and it means that I have to miss work to take my car in to your dealership. I live in the San Fernando Valley and I can take my car to be serviced to Keyes as they are open on the weekend. more

Came to SoCal in 2006 with a Hyundai Elantra, found Ladin and have been a Ladin customer every since. I've received outstanding sales and service attention through the years. Love my Hyundais - drive a "shimmering" 2013 Sonata now and enjoying every mile in it. more

Ladin Hyundai Service Center 2/12/2014

I went in for routine oil/filter change and tire rotation. They also, free of charge fixed a part recall and unclogged my windshield wiper fluid jets. It took as long as they said it would, and cost less than was estimated. more

Great first service 1/23/2014

I went in to get my 2013 Genesis Coupe 2.0t maintenanced for the first time (a little bit early) and it was a pleasure. They completed the initial inspection under the estimated time (probably less than an hour). I even called after to have the steering realigned because it needed an ever so slight adjustment and they did it for me for free with no charge in less than a few hours. If they keep up the outstanding service I'll continuously be pleased. more

False diagnosis,bad workmanship,no oil added at service 1/20/2014

Wrong diagnosis made me buy a new battery.Retaining nut on plastic engine cover not reinstalled.Settings changed of steering wheel.Bad workmanship on sunroof repair.(Should not have broken to begin with) more
