I have to say that I feel like ""I am being sold"". Whenever we are going to pick up our dog from boarding there is the ritual morning call from the vet to add on services, baths, pills, vaccinations, etc...\r We are new to the area and were looking for a vet... and liked the idea we could board the dog at the same place he was having his medical care.\r Our pet is incredibly important to us and he has always had the best care, food, etc...Since we started using this vet(only about 2 months) he has had more exams, pills, add on services than in the last two years. He is in perfect health. Our previous vet was incredibly thorough and never, ever made us feel this way... This feels like a business, business, business...not a place that cares for animals. I am in sales and when I feel like I am being ""sold to"", that isn't good.\r Just as an example, boarding is $30 a day and they keep calling to add on baths(even when my doghas only been there a day or two) because they say he has feces on his feet...For $30 a day....I expect that he isn't just being left to stand and lay in his own filth. \r We are moving on to another provider....I read some of the other reviews and they sound serious...I don't know about the facts of those experiences...I do know that this place makes me feel uncomfortable and I want my dog to have the necessary and best care possible, not just have a price tag on his head. more

I dont know about anyone else but they did surgery on my 18 year old Pitbull and did a great job. Some other hospitals would not touch her because of her age. Their fees were more than fair and I recommend them highly. My daughter is a Vet, so youth does mean as much as knowledge. The Vet clinic near me has a very experienced Vet and I find him a moron who is terrible with animals. more

BEWARE! These people ONLY care about money, not your pets. They make things up to get more money. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, if your love your pet. Most of their vets have less than 2 years experience. more

Had to settle a case with a customer! 5/12/2012

A good friend of mine threatened to sue this vet practice unless they refunded all monies spent there. The practice refunded the money rather than go to court. It centered around the negligent veterinary practice of a Dr. Nicole Jordan and a Dr. Douglas Wojcik. I feel compelled to share this on behalf of my friend in order that justice be done. My friend signed a document saying she would not make websites about the place telling the story in exchange for her refund. The facility wants to protect it's ""reputation"" but that's the problem. People have the right to know the truth about a veterinary facility before they put their pets lives in it's hands. There is nothing stopping me from speaking on behalf of my friend and frankly nothing stopping her. She can if she wishes leave a review or things of the like. She only agreed not to make websites which name the facility or the doctors names despite what the document says that she signed. They would have a hard time proving ""damages"" in court if they wanted to go after her for publishing private information which she is entitled to. As a fellow lawyer of my friend, I speak with confidence. more

They are negligent and deserved to be sued! 4/5/2012

I had an experience there pertaining to one of my pets that amounts to complete veterinary negligence and possible malpractice. Stay away from this place. The place looks great from the outside but once you get in, buyer beware! Go to one of the other veterinarians in Liverpool. This is not the only one. more

They hire all brand new vets with no former experience 3/17/2012

If you are looking for experience veterinarians, this is not the place to go to. There are 7 vets there. Except for two of them, all the others have only worked at Liverpool Village Animal Hospital. The owner hires all new vet school graduates who don't know what the heck they are doing. They have no former on the job experience and book knowledge vs. actual handling of a case are two entirely different things. I hired one of the young inexperienced vets to take care of one of my pets and then saw a second and could not believe the lack of knowledge. Even I knew more than they did and would never go there with anything serious. Be forewarned. You want more than just a nice building. You want expertise. And you won't find it at this place. more

Good place to take your dogs 6/28/2011

All the staff I have come in contact with there have been very nice and helpful. The vets take the time to fully assess your dogs needs and answer all your questions. They're gentle and genuinely care about your dogs. Prices are reasonable but with 2 dogs it would be great to get some sort of multiple pet discount. more
