L&N came to my newly purchased house to remove pet urine smell before we moved in. They did a really good job and the urine smell was gone. My husband and I thought that we would have to replace the carpet and padding, but that wasn't the case. They also did our old home after we moved out, and that turned out really well too. We've recommended L&N to our friends and family already, and will continue to use them in the future. more

Recently, L&N came to my home to clean my carpets. The guys showed up within their allotted time frame, and were very friendly and well mannered. They offered me additional treatments for my carpets, which I declined, but they still were friendly and polite. They also moved a lot of my furniture, and were very careful around the things that they couldn't move. They cleaned my 6 rooms in about an hour and my carpet looked great. Since it has dried, it still looks great. I will continue to use L&N and will refer all my friends and family to use them as well. more

I sure wish I would have read reviews on the L & N ""carpet cleaning service"" shysters before! I saw their coupon ad in the Yellow Pages phone book. I called and said I wanted eight rooms done! She said it would be 159.95, plus 8.95 fuel charge. Then when they came, they opened the front door before I could catch our dog, and out he shot and tore down our busy street. Then the guy told me I should get their Dinge away for some spots. That cost another $140.00, totaling $308.90! They were in and out within an hour or less. I was going to pay on my credit card. They said it would cost another $6.00 for that or a debit card. So, I wrote a check for $308.90. After they left, I did a walk-through. I could have cried. The carpeting was soaked!!! I saw many areas that looked like they had missed, stepped on them with my bare feet and they were dry. They asked me if I wanted them to do under the sofa. I said yes. (duh) They did, but there if a large soil streak they missed in front of the sofa. They did a real crappy job. I cleaned all our windows inside before they came, as well as removing all the small furniture and chairs. I told them they didn't need move any furniture in the bedrooms, just to do around. The next morning every window was steamed and dripping from all the moisture in the house! Also, the carpet was still very wet, even though I had fans on! So, I had to re-do the windows in every room. I am going to call and complain, yet I don't want them to come back into our home, even if it was offered! I so wish I would have stayed with the service we always had. I thought these shysters were local, seeing they were in our phone book, but he told me as they were leaving they were located in Grand Rapids. more

While cleaning my carpet, the hose they tracked through the house rubbed up on two different wall corners causing 4ft & 3ft of damage to the paint job. The damage was so bad, we needed it patched before having it re-painted. When confronted with this issue they stated they are not at fault for any damage caused in your house (that alone should tell you not to use them) by their employees while they are working. \r \r If that wasn't bad enough, they also popped an internal fuse on my furnace while cleaning my ducts which lead to a service man having to come fix the problem. When confronted with this issue, they claim they are not at fault for any illegal wires running in the ducts which they are claiming caused the problem. First of all, my house was built 5 years ago probably not illegal wiring in the ducts. Second of all, they must get this claim often if they have a prepared note on their bill and ready with a response on queue. more

They basically laughed off my claim even after seeing the evidence. \r \r In closing, they treated me poorly with no remorse and a lack of communication from the moment I contacted them with my issues. Funny how they are quick to reply when inquiring about their services yet takes over two weeks to even hear back from them when there was an issue! Not sure how it is my fault my walls were damaged and furnace shorted due to their jobs?!?! They obviously work by this motto!\r \r When looking for a cleaning company, steer very clear of them as they have shown what a deceiving, horrible company they really are. more

Terrible job. They were in and out in 10 minutes and the carpet soaking wet and dirty. I called to complain and received no resolution more

I had L&N come out to clean my carpets while preparing to put my house on the market due to their low costs. They "finished" my 6 rooms in under a half hour. How much effort could have been possibly put into the cleaning if they completed the job so quickly? I found out how much effort a couple days later when all my dirt/stains started resurfacing. I called, and they said because I signed the paper saying the job was satisfactorily done (which it did appear to be the day of the cleaning), that it was out of their hands and had no further obligation to come out and clean the carpet again. Unknowingly to me, my mother also had L&N clean her carpet. We were talking and she said she thought it was odd that the guy had asked to use her bathroom when he was there for only a little bit of time. My mouth dropped, and I told her the guy did the same thing to me...he asked to use my bathroom as well when he was there for less than a half hour. So I posted it on facebook not recommending L&N for more

Calling landn carpet cleaning was a huge mistake. the coupon says 6 rooms for 109.95. sounds like a good deal at least thats what i thought. there is a $6.95 fuel charge, also $6.00 to processes a credit card. They came to my home, took a look around, and out come the sales pitchs. They charge $35 to do one room for scotchguarding! that is outrageous considering previous companys charged me $10 per room. apparently my carpet was "brittle?????" so they wanted to charge me $35 more dollars per room to do some fiberrinse thing. ya right, this company is the definition of a cat and mouse game!!!!!!! i will never make this mistake again. i hope this review helps. god bless more

L&N is not joking when it comes to carpet. I had L&N come out and they where really professanal. They give you deals you could live off of. I had no promblem paying $5.95 extra I wanted to give a tip to the guys of $20, and they said it was too much. For the Price and way they clean I would of given $100 to everyone who works there!!!!!!!! There prices are perfect for the work they do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love my CARPET!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Wasn't told and not in ad. Coupon says $89.95. Bill says $5.95 more for gas. Let's be HONEST - if you need more, change the coupon. I don't like surprises! Fooled ONCE - never again!! A REAL CAT AND MOUSE GAME!!! more

i have L and N carpet cleaning at my house once a year, they really know their carpet and their products. when they leave my carpet always looks like new. the smell is gone and i always have them use stain guard every visit and it makes cleaning up messes a breeze. more

I had L & N Carpet Cleaning one time and was not very satisfied with them. I did not feel that they did a very good job on my carpets. A couple of days later, after it had been cleaned, it looked as bad as it did before they came. They told me it would be one price and then when they came there were additional prices. more

I had the Carpeting cleaning company come to do my carpets because I hd heard on the radio how good they were. WRONG! They ended up costing me way more then their advertised prices and when they left I could tell that my carpet was still dirty. And to prove it I used my own steam cleaner and went over the carpet again. The water was filthy. Never again will I have then back. more
