Krammer's repair people came on time. They wore protective shoe covers. They did an excellent job. Some service companies will try to talk you into doing more work then is need, Krammer doesn't. Their repair people were the politest, friendlest and but very pro-fessional. I was very happy with their work, professionalism and so well mannered, for such young people. more

I called on a Monday afternoon and had an appointment early the next morning. They were on time, were knowledgeable, explained in detail the issues, were professional, friendly, did excellent work, and the cost is reasonable. Kyle and Julio were great! I would recommend Kramer and Sons to anyone looking for a plumber! more

I contacted Kramer & Sons Plumbing Services because I needed them to replace a main valve because of a leak. I live in a condo and I discovered that's a little different then living in a house where you have control over everything. I had to put up a notice for everyone to give advance notice that I would be having work done and the water would have to be shut off for that time. Kramer & Sons came out, but weren't able to find the shut off right away, which was not their fault at all, but it took a couple of visits for them to find it, which was two times I had to take off of work, out of my vacation time, to be there. However, once they did find it, they were fast and very good. I actually asked them to do one more thing for me, since I had them there, which was to replace the hose line from my washer. It was added onto my bill of course, and they were able to take care of it right then. It was a bigger job and took both guys to do it, but they were very efficient. Overall, my first experience with Kramer & Sons was a good experience. The technicians were really good guys. I can't think of anything bad to say about the service they provided. They were there when they said they'd be there, they were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and did a very good job. I would definitely call them again, at the drop of a hat! more

I applied on-line for a Friday afternoon window and was advised that only 10-2 was available. The technician arrived within 2 min of 2 p.m. He was friendly and seemed professional. I have no complaints as to his service. The repair was a simple reconnection of the toilet to the shut-off valve which simply required a new flexible tube and washer. This cost $247 which seems extraordinarily expensive for such an minor repair. more

First of all, Kramer & Sons was very timely in their response. Then they were very competitive in terms of billing. the guys who came out were great. My plumbing woes were diagnosed and explained, and the treatment options were laid out for me to choose from. The best part was that the guys did not seem to mind answering questions as they worked. I know nothing about plumbing, but after this visit not only did I come away with better plumbing, but also some new knowledge and a better appreciation for how and why things are done. more

Excellent service and attention to detail. No fuss, no mess! Service technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Only negative is the service was pricy. In addition to the cost of only installing ($459) a faucet I pre-purchased, there was a $49.00 service fee. The job took about 90 minutes. I am in the wrong line of work at those prices. more

First off, I'm always paranoid about calling people to fix things. Since I know nothing about what is happening, I'm always afraid that I'll be ripped off due to my lack of knowledge. I found Kramer and Sons through a google search, and read their reviews here and on Yelp. Both were positive. A step in the right direction. I made the appointment through their online system, and received a call within an hour or so confirming the appointment. The staff was very friendly. I had a picture of the leak, and they made sure that the technician looked at it before coming out. The technicians got there, and were wearing booties (to make sure they didn't get anything dirty). And their vast knowledge meant that they didn't have to do a bunch of work. They pointed out other things that I needed to watch out for as well. The prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to others. more

My experience with Kramer & Sons Plumbing Services has basically been a pleasant ongoing one. Whenever I call them, they are responsive and easy to schedule with. They give a call before they arrive, and they always get there on time. Once they arrive, they are so courteous. They wear footies, no matter where they're going or what they're doing. They tell you exactly what's going on and what they're going to do to fix it. Their workmanship is very good. They are clean and meticulous. They are thorough and knowledgeable, and will get to the bottom of issues in order to solve them correctly. They are fantastic! I've recommended them on numerous occasions! more

Water heater replaced. Showed up on time - courteous and professional. Explained fully. Showed me at the end why it was the right thing to do. Did a small professional favor which was much appreciated. Cleaned up totally and were gone. Coldn't have been more satisfied. more

I've used the services of Kramer & Sons Plumbing for over twenty-five years. They are easy to schedule with, and I feel that they are very responsive to my calls. They give me quick attention and really good service. The workers are all polite, know what they're doing and leave things cleaner than they found it. Their prices are a little high, but I'm willing to pay for the work they provide, some may not be, that would be my only hesitation in recommending them. Honestly, I think they're great, and I wouldn't keep using them after all of these years if I didn't think that. more

We've had Kramer & Sons in to work on a few jobs for us. Each time they arrived on time and ready to get to work. They were professional and really careful not to make a mess in the house.
