Kramer & Sons replaced a part in my A/C unit and it works great now! They came on time, they were responsible, professional, and did everything right. more

I had a very old water heater in which the power light wouldn't stay lit. Kramer & Sons Plumbing Service came in and fixed it. They gave us very solid recommendations on companies for replacement which we will take up later this month. more

Too expensive 3/19/2012

I asked Kramer and Sons to come because garbage disposal wasn't working. I thought the Angie's List award would commend them. They replaced it, with travel fee, for $525!!!!! This is $200 more than any other place. I looked it up. In 2011, the average price at my zip code to replace garbage disposal with materials and labor was ($269-$352). Then my dishwasher quit draining so I called a different place. Turns out that when Kramer replaced the disposal, the hose was too long (should have been shortened) so it had a kink in it (as well as unrelated clog). The 2nd repairman shortened the hose. He said he would have only charged me $250 for the original disposal job (that Kramer had charged $525). Though the company was on time and clean, the price would keep me from recommending them. more

Kramer & Sons Plumbing Services Inc. were very responsive and responsible, which you don't often find anymore. They were good all the way around. They worked efficiently and quickly and preformed very well. This is a great family-owned company to work with, and I will definitely use them again. more

I do a lot of my own plumbing work but when I can't handle it I call Kramer & Sons Plumbing Services. 2/2/2012

They are a fantastic company. I have used Kramer & Sons Plumbing Services over the last 15 to 20 years. I used them to do repairs to the water piping inside the house and on the line from the house to the street. They have all the resources and their cleanup and handling of the job is outstanding. They are the best at the big projects. They are not cheap but they fix the problem right, the first time. more

Thorough, highly efficient, knowledgeable, and completely competent. 11/19/2011

We could not be more pleased. We had "saved up" several jobs, to be tackled in one trip: three toilet repairs, a kitchen faucet repair, and an ancient washtub faucet replacement. Kramer's two-man team arrived exactly when scheduled, got all the work done in far less time than we had expected, explained problems/solutions/costs clearly and completely before beginning, gave excellent advice about options--and now everything is working better than new. more

I have been a customer of Kramer & Sons since March 1998 and would stay with them 10/17/2011

I had 2 big jobs: 1) 9/28/11 - replacing damaged original(1987 when my home was constructed) piping (sewer lateral) under my front yard after my basement was flooded twice requiring snakes. 2) 10/03/11 - replacing rusting leaking water heater tank although it was only about 8 years ago (also installed by Kramer). I am hearing-impaired; Kramer & Sons was very understanding regarding my use of email and telephone relay for the hearing-impaired to communicate effectively with them. more

Great job 10/7/2011

Mr. Julio Romero showed up on time, brought shoe covers with him, took a look at the problem and fixed it within minutes. Since I had no idea what the problem was, he could have said anything and charged me for work that wasn't necessary, but he didn't. It really made me feel good that I wasn't being ripped off. He was very professional and obviously knew his job. more

Superior customer service by professionals 10/1/2011

Ask for Nick Bizzoco. Can solve any problem and explains the process thoroughly and professionally. Complete cleanup afterward. Bought a new garbage disposal my bldg engineers said wouldn't fit. They were wrong. Get what you want and get it done right. more

Called to give estimate on fixing 3 toilets with the same issue 9/27/2011

They were very polite and professional,covering their shoes every time they entered (nice touch). Although I ended up doing the work myself (because we opted to replace the toilets rather than replace hard to find parts), they did give me the info to fix them myself had I chosen that route. I service member I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful! All-in-all, I'd recommend the company. more

Excellent start to finish 9/22/2011

Contracted thru Dominion Power's water line repair/replacement program for water main break- were courtesous, professional, and timely. Had additional work done on inside and outside water hose bibs and the second crew were just as great as the first. Excellent service!! Will definitely use again. more

Great work, but expensive 9/19/2011

I can count on Kramer to come when they say they will and do excellent work, explaining in detail what they are doing, what the options are, and what it will cost. The only downside is that they seem very expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. They do lay out up front all costs and stick to them, even if the job takes longer than expected. more

Kramer repaired a leak after another plumber failed 9/14/2011

I had requested MYPLUMBER's help when I fould water on the floor in my basement. MYPLUMBER told me it was a condensation problem. A day or two later, the problem had worsened and water was dripping steadily. Kramer sent a very professional gentleman who did a great job and resolved the issue. more

quick, professional and thorough! 9/7/2011

We had a toilet back up at our home (always nasty). After trying everything I knew to try (including dumping hot water down the toilet bowl, followed by dish soap, as one web site suggested), I called Seth at Kramer. Seth arranged a plumbing visit within 2 hours, fixing the problem, and doing so promptly and thoroughly. I've used Kramer previously with same result: Excellent! more

There was a scheduling miscommunication, so Julio actually showed up earlier than expected. He was so nice and polite. I appreciated that he didn't pressure me to get a service that we really didn't need. Will surely call Kramer and Son's for any future plumbing needs. more

Kramer & Sons Plumbing Services have always just been really wonderful to work with. I've been using them for about two years now. They go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers. They are honest and don't try to sell you products or services you don't need. They are professional, knowledgeable and really very dedicated. Also, they offer very competitive prices.
