I've been using Kramer & Sons Plumbing since they were established and would absolutely recommend them. They do excellent work for a fair price and always use good products. They're prompt, professional, and do a very neat job each time that I need them for a repair. I appreciate that they're attentive and have the expertise necessary to handle all of my plumbing concerns. more

No major issues, satisfied with the work! 2/10/2015

I had no problems with Kramer & Sons Plumbing, they gave good service! I had a leak under my house, and they were referred through our utility service coverage. So they came out relatively on time and told us what they had to do. They came into our house, and they finished the job within the day! There wasn't too much mess. They had to dig outside and under my house, but they finished and repaired the entry area. They did a good job, and we haven't had any problems since the repair! Professional and responsive. 12/19/2014

I hired Kramer & Sons Plumbing to replace a sewer line. They were very knowledgeable about the process. Replacing the sewer line is quite cumbersome because you have to deal with the city. Kramer & Sons did a good job of making the process easier. more

Kramer & Sons were FANTASTIC! 10/28/2014

Kramer & Sons recently replaced both our main sewer line as well as our main water supply line from the curb lip all the way to under our home. First off there price for both was well under the comparable estimates I received (about $3,000 under ;)). Andy and his team not only did a wonderfully professional job but also indulged my very curious 4 year old with all her questions about what they where doing and with what equipment they where using. They also did a awesome job cleaning up all the dirt and what - not after they where done. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing company! Many thanks to all of them! more

This was my first time using Kramer & Sons Plumbing and they did a great job. They arrived right when they said they would and everything worked out well. The plumber did some repairs in my sewage system and worked very carefully and efficiently. He answered all of my questions and the service was done at a reasonable price. I'd recommend them. more

Kramer and sons were very responsive and they were able to come the same day. They were very quick installing our new hot water heater. The $59 dispatch fee seems a little expensive however. more

Professional and timely 9/19/2014

Kramer and Sons Plumbing Services Inc. did a very good job. They cleaned a pipeline from my main pipeline, as I had a leak. I had another company before them, and they couldn't get the job done properly. They worked in a professional manner, and they cleaned up after themselves. They finished the job sooner than they said they would. They said it would take two days, and it only took one day. more

Completely Satisfied 11/26/2012

My wife and I have used Kramer & Sons on two occasions. The first time, they came to do a repair on our A/C over the summer. The second time, they come to do the annual check up on our furnaces. One repair was needed on a furnace and they were able to do it right then. Both times, they were on time and did a great job! more

So Kramer & Sons' follow up was very rapid, and they had a familiarity with who I was as a customer. They responded very quickly and setup an appointment for the next or same day, in one case. Those who came our were just really professional and knowledgeable. They gave the right recommendations and resolutions, and they did a great job. more

They were very helpful and professional 6/21/2012

My A/C wasn't working so Marty from Kramer & Sons came out and he looked at the unit. He said that the fan was working but the A/C was not getting power. I told him I had my electrical panel replaced last year and he tested the unit using his equipment and he traced the problem back to the electrical box. So, I called the electrical company I used in October and sure enough they didn't hook up a wire and as soon as they fixed that, the A/C started working. Marty was very helpful, explained things to me, and showed me why he believed it was the electrical and not the A/C that was the problem. He gave me a discount certificate for an A/C tune-up so that between the cost of the call charge for coming out to my house and the discount for the tune-up, it will just come out to be the cost of a tune-up when I get it. more
