I contacted Kramer & Sons Plumbing Services because I needed them to replace a main valve because of a leak. I live in a condo and I discovered that's a little different then living in a house where you have control over everything. I had to put up a notice for everyone to give advance notice that I would be having work done and the water would have to be shut off for that time.
Kramer & Sons came out, but weren't able to find the shut off right away, which was not their fault at all, but it took a couple of visits for them to find it, which was two times I had to take off of work, out of my vacation time, to be there. However, once they did find it, they were fast and very good. I actually asked them to do one more thing for me, since I had them there, which was to replace the hose line from my washer. It was added onto my bill of course, and they were able to take care of it right then. It was a bigger job and took both guys to do it, but they were very efficient.
Overall, my first experience with Kramer & Sons was a good experience. The technicians were really good guys. I can't think of anything bad to say about the service they provided. They were there when they said they'd be there, they were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and did a very good job. I would definitely call them again, at the drop of a hat!
