Remodel of main bathroom 8/24/2017

We found Alex at Kotz and she designed the choices we had for a walk in shower. Chris and John tore out the tub and did the plumbing. Alex would come and check out the progress. After the floor of the shower was put in and the plumbing was in the tileworkers came,Paul and his son Paul came and started the tile. To bottom line this, everyone did their job professionaly and the outcome was beautiful. We are so pleased with everything. Our appreciation to all who were involved.. Thank you so very much. Dave R. came and did a service maintenance on our furnace He replaced the appropriate filters because they needed to be replaced, He was very friendly, easy to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable. Thanks Dave! more

Nick came out to do the maintenance on my AC. He was the best heating and cooling expert I have ever had. I have been servicing my units for over 13 years and he was the most thorough of them all, explaining step by step what he was doing and why. He is very knowledgeable. Thumbs up for Nick and the company behind him. more

Plugged Overview pipe 7/24/2017

Kotz was extremely helpful when a plugged overflow pipe was causing water to back up in my furnace and flow all over my basement floor. Heather was able to get David out within an hour to fix the pipe. Once David arrived he was able to fix the pipe and quickly get things back to normal. I would definitely use Kotz again! more

Quick but expensive 7/22/2017

AC wouldn't turn on Thursday at 5 pm. After my quick check I called them at 8 pm, talked to a actual person and got a call back at 8:30 the next day. Tech was on-site by 11 and repair done by 11:45. Only complaint is their cost. $270 to replace a $10 part, and only 45 minutes on site is a very steep cost. It was a repair I could have made myself, but couldn't deal with no AC for the 3 days it would take to get the parts in. more

Debbie at the office set up the installation over the phone for same day at my request. Very professional. Chris R the installation technician did a very good job of removing the old and installing the new water heater. Chris was very professional in doing his job. more

Scott was diligent, efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. He worked on a long-standing problem and solved it. All this in spite of inclement weather. He got soaking wet in the process. Even so, he took the time to explain everything to us. An unqualified success. more
