AC wouldn't turn on Thursday at 5 pm. After my quick check I called them at 8 pm, talked to a actual person and got a call back at 8:30 the next day. Tech was on-site by 11 and repair done by 11:45.
Only complaint is their cost. $270 to replace a $10 part, and only 45 minutes on site is a very steep cost. It was a repair I could have made myself, but couldn't deal with no AC for the 3 days it would take to get the parts in.
