Brian B was very professional from the start. He came out on an emergency weekend call as we had no hot water. The service call was fairly priced for an after 6pm Sunday call. Brian checked everything and tried to even get us hot water but a fried igniter board wasn’t going to allow us that. He would let us know Monday morning our options for replacement. Brian seemed genuinely concerned to get us hot water swiftly and was very empathetic to our whole household. I would recommend Brian B and the other service techs who assisted in the hot water debacle at our home. Yes, it clearly was a project, made more difficult from past plumbing companies and we are grateful for Brian as he helped us sort it all out with as little disappointment as possible. Thank you to Brian B and his team as we are now have lots of hot ?? more

Furnace Repair 3/11/2018

Had problems with our furnace. Contact Jennifer at Kotz who had Anthony out to our house within the hour. Anthony diagnosed and fixed the problem in a half hour. Great job guys, furnace seems to be running well now. more

Service call 2/11/2018

Anthony took time to investigate the problem as to why the furnace was "whistling". He made adjustments to the pressure of the humidifier, which to this point has solved the problem and eliminated the noise. Always polite and ready to answer questions and concerns. more
