Kotz Heating's Matt, did the regular maintenance and fixed the problem we have had with the heat preset to 62 when we have a Power Out. Some mornings it's be 60+ because all the clocks would be flashing 12:00... The device had to be programmed to avoid the "Factory Preset of 62 for heat. Thanks Again, Matt more

Jason repaired a leaking elbow in our plumbing plus replaced the noisy fill valve in one of our toilets. He was very professional and informative about the service(s) he preformed. Even though I didn't mention it to him, since I'm sure he doesn't set the prices, is the valve replacement charge for the valve seemed high. more

Two years ago our furnace died in March on a Friday late afternoon. In Michigan that day was freezing or most likely in the teens. I phoned two other furnace "Companies" and NO ONE would come to our home. The comment from the "family" service said everyone has gone home. We might be able to see you on Saturday morning. Nice. Kotz on the other hand said we will be there within one hour and found a fan motor had gone bad. They had to find the motor (our furnace was 15+ years old) and install for $500. This next step made us a customer for life... Not only did the service rep repair the furnace, the sales gentleman who cam on Saturday to check everything indicated he would give us a $500 credit IF WE HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW FURNACE. We purchased a new furnace and air conditioner. Today , Dave R serviced our unit Super professional, called before arriving, boot covers, absolute knew what he was doing and prepared our furnace for another season. I an't say enough good things about Dave R and about Kotz. Every person we have been in contact with has impressed us. I meet people constantly and have to deal with service people constantly. The Kotz folks are The Best. Period. I highly recommend them. more
