A/C repair 8/19/2019

It seemed to take quite a long time to get the correct relay in to fix the problem. When it finally arrived, James was here the next day to install it and get my A/C running as it should. more

Joe. B. helped us keep our cool on a sweltering August day when our AC failed. Joe arrived promptly following out harried request, analyzed the problem and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. He was very professional and pleasant and personable as well. He never lost his cool and we re-established ours. Thanks Joe. more

mid term a/c service 8/9/2019

James called before coming, was on time in morning, did a complete mid summer service and cleaning to make sure the A/C was running just as it should to keep the house cool. very good service. 5 start service more

Allen our tech was kind and professional. He thoroughly reviewed our AC and furnace.He recommended a surge protector for our new AC and explained the reasons for the recommendations. We are very confident in our selection of Kotz. They are fair in their pricing, quick to respond and knowledgeable. more

Water Heater repair 5/15/2019

Kotz serviceman Jason quickly diagnosed the issues with my water heater and proposed the solution -- addition of an expansion tank that should have been included after my Kinetico water treatment system was recently upgraded.. He also performed routine water heater maintenance that should be done annually. more
