Koss Collision Center

I was invloved in a fender bender where the other driver rear ended my car. It was my first accident ever. I did the normal claim filing with my insurance company and found Koss through referrals and yelp reviews. Everyone at Koss was so courteous and was very helpful. They were persistant with contacting me with updates and were very patient with my response time. The car came back good as new and had been washed and vacummed. I think they might have gave it a small detailing. Good old fashion customer service with an attention to details. Fantastic place. more

Koss Collision Center did a fantastic job working on my car. I would recommend them to anybody because they are great, and they did a great job. I was hit on the driver's side door, and they fixed it. They matched the color and everything perfectly. As soon as I walked inside there, one of the bros came over and offered me a cup of coffee. It was pretty cut and dry. Koss explained everything. They almost go out of their way to be informative and helpful. They seem very knowledgeable and they are very professional. I would do business with them anytime, though hopefully not too often! I'm recommending them to everyone, and I say that if someone has a problem they had better be sure to go there. I love Koss Collision Center. I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else. They are fast, professional and efficient. I always leave there feeling safe on the road. The facility is immaculate. I really appreciate that they offer refreshments for those waiting, it shows that they care about the comfort of their customers. The workers are all dressed to impress and present themselves nicely to customers by greeting them and even remembering customer names along with their specific car issues. I work for a dental office, and Mr. Koss is a patient of ours. I didn't know at first that he had a collision center, but he told us about it. When my daughter got rear ended about a year ago I called him, took the car over, and he did the body work. It looked perfect. When she got backed into this year I took it back to Koss Collision Center with no hesitation. He made it look brand new. I would recommend him to anybody. In fact, I told my State Farm agent to tell anyone looking for excellent, exemplary body work with good service and nice people to go to Koss. They are fair, they are honest, which is hard to find anymore, and they are nice. They follow up on their service. I have nothing bad to say because everything has been good. more

Koss Collision Center is pretty straight forward. I had met Bob earlier when he used to work somewhere else and went to Koss Collision Center when the door on the Volvo broke in several places. It was hanging by a thread of steel and had to be replaced. It was pretty major work. They did a perfect job replacing that driver's side door. They have a reputation of being incredibly honest. The work was done on time and on schedule, which is critical when doing collision repair. more

I have used Koss Collision Center twice personally and a couple of times for my daughter. Most recently I was rear-ended and the damage was extensive. I asked Koss not to total the car if possible, and they got it done. The quality of the work is absolutely excellent. Koss Collision Center was really professional. It was good because I wasn't able to drop off the car during the weekday, and they were willing to open on Saturday. They arranged everything to fit my schedule. This was my second time using them, and the final repairs are excellent. They are just perfect. They had to replace my door and fix the whole front end. I was in a three car collision and both my rear end and front end of my car were dented. Koss Collision did a great job fixing the bumpers and matching the paint to the original. The owner is exceptionally nice and I felt like I was in good hands. They quoted a four day turn around and I had my Jeep back in three. Hopefully I won't have to but I will always go to Koss. I went to this shop because someone cliped my left fender of my Hyundai Elantra 2005, which resulted in some damage to the bracket that holds the tire. They replaced that part and gave me the car back. When we drove out of the parking lot and down the street the car was severly pulling to the left, which is the side of the repair. It would almost make a left turn for me if I let the stearing wheel go. I immediately took the car back to be fixed. Well now it is 2 years later. There is a problem with the left front tire. Every time I reverse while turning, there is a clicking sound in the joint on the side where the repair took place. I am not sure what it is, bad repair, bad part. Either way it is unacceptable. more

My husband and used Koss Collision and would never go anywhere else. My husband had his SL550 rearended on 280 and thought restoring the car was hopeless. Don Koss in record time returned the car, and my husband thought he had a new car again. I was hit while parked at a hospital and needed the car daily. This is without a doubt the BEST SHOP ever! For starters it's probably the cleanest and most welcoming body shop I have ever seen. The first meeting with Don Koss was like meeting the type of gentlemen you only see in movies. I've been to other body shops before and was referred here by the dealership and what a blessing it was. This place is the Nordstrom of body shops in regards to cust. serv. The front office staff was extremely helpful and curtious. they took their time to make sure ALL of my wife's question's were answered and she had a shopping list full of them. I was amazed when I saw the other review blasting the place b/c I've referred a few people here and they all came back with a warm fuzzy feeling just like I did. All businesses could take pointers from Koss Collision when it comes to work ethic, cust. serv. and the overall way to run a business. Take my word for it and you will have no worries when it comes to having your car repaired. I figure any place that had a fleet of high end cars being fixed here they must be doing something right! I brought my Honda in to be repaired and when I got it back there was no indication that it had ever been in an accident. I came to pick it up and there it was parked next to a MB S600 and it looked just as good. And when I had to wait for my ride to pick me the first time the lobby was comfortable and well stocked with different things to read and I was offered a refreshing Coke by Sharon who I later found out was Don's daughter and the fact that it's a family run business was refreshing. I live in a relatively high crime area and have had my car vandalized on numerous occasions. Luckily, each time, the good folks at Koss Collision have been there to repair the damage promptly and professionally. Following a recommendation from a friend, I took my car in for a broken side mirror. The first thing that struck me was how clean and tidy the body shop was. I guess, based on experience, I had come to the conclusion that all body shops were stained with pools of oil and run by seedy looking characters. This conclusion was completely wrong. I was absolutely blown away walking into Koss Collision, from the leather couches to the large fish tank in the wall of the lobby to the helpful, friendly staff, Koss Collision was the exact opposite of every bad experience I?ve ever had at a body shop. I had the pleasure of speaking to Don and Bob Koss who answered all my questions and addressed a couple of concerns I had. The estimator gave me an accurate quote and I left my vehicle there confident that it was in good hands. The repairs were done in a timely manner and at an honest rate. I was so impressed with the job they did that a couple months later, when some local neighborhood hooligan scuffed up my paint job, I knew exactly where to go to have it fixed. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff was and the quality of the workmanship. It?s nice to know in this age of faceless megacorporations that there are still a few quality family businesses run with integrity and pride. Highly recommended.
