I am quite happy with the attention of Koss and the results look fabulous. I would rather have new parts but that is apparently not their choice but proscribed by the insurance company. more

Outstanding 7/27/2012

I was absolutely blown away when we picked my car up after repairs were complete. The repair was completed quickly and at a much lower cost than quoted by the dealer and the car was returned completely detailed. I have a 115 lb golden retriever that is a regular passenger in the back seat and I couldn't find a strand of dog hair anywhere in the car. All this for a minor bumper repair. The car did not look this good when I drove it off the dealer's lot last year. more

The Ultimate Repair Shop 7/2/2012

We've taken our cars to Koss four times, and they have been unbelievable. They are completely upfront about what needs to be done and how much it will cost. The quality of the work is unparalleled. My wife is EXTREMELY picky about every detail, and they have passed her inspection with flying colors every time. She won't go anywhere else, and neither will I! more

Someone ran into my car and it was fixed at Koss Collision 6/28/2012

From the time I got off the phone with my insurance to the time I picked up my car from Koss Collision was about 7 busines days and it was very seamless. Quality and Professionalism pretty much sums up my experience with Koss. more

The Koss team is truly a fantastic place to go if you want a quality repair and car paint job. In addition, they treat you like you are very special, no matter how old the car may be-they treat each as if it were brand new-restoring the car to a beautiful finish. Won't take my car anywhere else. more

Outstanding quality and professionalism. 6/11/2012

Koss Collision Center was extremely helpful. They did a fantastic job on my car. Obviously, they knew what they were doing. Several tricky things arose both with my insurance and mechanically with my car, and they were just really on top of it. They figured some stuff out. They don't usually work on BMWs; they usually do Mercedes, but they figured it out. The insurance company wasn't going to pay for some adhesives, and they didn't even skip a beat. They said they would do the work and get it paid for. It was just absolutely first-rate. I was down there every other day, and they welcomed me, were happy to see me, and knew me by name. They're great guys. more

MBZ C300 Repairs 6/7/2012

Koss was highly recommended to me by a local independent Mercedes service center, and they did not disappoint. I had my bumper repainted and it looks brand new. Not only that, I saved hundreds in comparison to what the dealership quoted me for the same job. I would definitely recommend Koss to a friend. more

Very comfortable, took care of everything, reliable customer service, and followed through. 3/29/2012

Koss Collision Center has lots of integrity. There were of a couple of things that needed to be taken care, which I didn't notice until after I picked up the car. They had no problem, as far as dealing with it, and they even came and picked up my car and delivered it to my residence. Don and Sharon are always available on the phone. They took care of my issues free of charge and even told me to contact their mechanics if anything else comes up. In this day and age, that's like living in fantasy land. They're very friendly and always there for you. more

The car was amazing! 3/25/2012

It looked as good as new with the comfort of a car that I know. All of the damage had been repaired and I don't remember ever seeing my car look so clean. I was very satisfied with the service and how professional the setting of the collision center was. Thank you Koss! more

Exceeded Expectations! 3/16/2012

I have taken my stepdaughter's car into Koss on three separate occasions (don't ask). Each time, Don and Sharon have taken care of the problem in a timely fashion while doing so economically (it's an old car). I appreciate their friendly service and advice, and I recommend them to anyone I know in need of a body shop!! more

Excellent job, completely satisfied with repairs on 3 separate instances 2/29/2012

Koss collision does an excellent job on Volvo body repair. My wife and I have worked with them on body work issues on three separate instances over the past decade. They have consistently exceeded our expectations on quality of work, service, reliability, and answering our questions to our satisfaction. Bob Koss is a pleasure to work with - he is prompt in his responses, accurate in his assessments and delivers on time. In the last case, he even came to our house at a time convenient to us to pick up the car. He deals with the insurance companies and saves us the headaches of interacting with them. We recommend them very highly and have gone to them instead of dealer-recommended shops three times already. Piyush more

Koss Collision Center did work on my lexus, which I love, and I got it back in the same condition it was in before the accident. They were very kind to me. Without saying anything, they showed that they cared about me. I found them on the internet and they had great customer reviews. They stayed in contact with me and I felt comfortable calling them with questions. They are caring people. more

Very satisfied, excellent job. 1/30/2012

A friend of mine suggested I take my car to Koss because of the quality of their work. He was so right. When the job was completed it looked like a brand new car again. The car was also very clean and had no signs of being in a body shop. Their work place is clean and organized which reflects the way they get the task done. I really would refer Koss to anyone who needs body work on their car. A very smart choice. more

Excellent customer service and results! 11/29/2011

My overall experience with Koss Collision Center has been all 5's. After having had body work done at another body shop, which had been recommended to me through my insurance company AAA, and they did a very poor job. Parts were falling off my car. Koss had been recommended very highly from a couple of people, and after talking to Don, and to my insurance company and getting the authorization from them, I had Koss fix it. Don went ahead and took it all apart. He completely rectified the issues and reassembled what the other shop had done. Koss Collision is diamond certified, and they really do set the bar high for their general customer service and professionalism. I was very happy with the final result. more
