I don't purchase a vehicle from a dealership that I don't trust, and that trust must be earned. I had been having my previous Nissan vehicle serviced at Koeppel and was impressed with their service staff and especially their constant effort to communicate clearly with me what attention my vehicle my car needed. Is was for these reasons that I chose to see them about purchasing a new vehicle. Before arriving on-site, I visited their website to get an idea of what I wanted and for what price. I did not find their site easy to navigate or find information on specific cars. I made initial contact via email, and although they said they had emailed me additional information on the car model I was looking at, there was no attachment. However, I set up a meeting with one of their sales reps. for the following week. Upon arriving on-site, the original sales rep. was for some reason unavailable, so I was introduced to Isaak isaak stayed with me throughout the entire process and was a wealth of information about the car I was considering. I greatly appreciated that Isaak didn't pressure me into ANY decision. After deciding to go ahead with the purchase, Isaak worked with me to contact my insurance to have them fax me a temporary card so that my new car would immediately be covered when I drove off the lot. Overall, my experience was good and Koeppel Nissan has continued to be a site that I trust with my car and my money.
