The customer service at Koeppel has always been great. On Saturday we went into your Koeppel location and was immediatley greeted by Isaak. He was very helpful and listened to what I wanted and made a few suggestions. Isaak made me feel comfortable and assured me of the quality vehicle I was getting on Saturday and explained everything thouroughly. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase which was a relief. That and the service Isaak gave us was probally two of the reasons I ended up purchasing the car. I work in the public and will recommened Isaak to my clients. His follow up calls were also thoughtful I was very suprised and I like that added customer service.
