Good: Liliana was our sales person. She was very sweet and knowledgable of the vehicle we purchased. Bad: waiting but it was to be expected since we had to trade our car and got a new car on the same day.. Improvements: I don't think I would improve anything. It was one of the smoothest transactions I've ever made.. Other: Koeppel Nissan worked with our budget, getting us incentives and helping us feel comfortable about our purchase. The manager and financial people are straight forward, I like the fact that there was no BS involved. Unlike Bay Ridge Nissan who kept giving us the run around. Thank you Liliana and Koeppel Nissan staff. We love our new 2011 Rogue.
