My response to the entry ""Employees need attitude adjustment"". I know that the Employees at Knightsbridge know most of the dealers and how much they are willing to take offers (depending on each individual dealer). Contacting dealers that have strict limits when offers are low becomes a waste of time as the response is always no. Employees have always attempted to contact dealers which have lower limits on their merchandise.The employees are there to sell the merchandise, and as time is so important, unnecessary phone calls will slow the service especially at times when the mall is busy. more

Employees need attitude adjustment 4/25/2012

I've been a customer in this place since it opened, but I was never treated like I was last week. I saw 2 items in 1 dealers booth that I wanted to make an offer to buy. The girls got the tags from the items and asked what my offer was. One thousand dollars I said and she replied oh he won't take that. I replied why don't you let the dealer decide that. After a couple of minutes of these girls crap I walked out. I tried to contact the owner the next day and she was worst than her employees. She would not even talk to me. This is a nice mall but not that nice.I'll spend my money elsewhere. more

Checkout Service Needs Renovation! 11/27/2010

The merchandise is great, the staff is helpful and friendly. However, when it comes to checking out, the counter is crowded and confusing. Too many people involved in checking out one person. Furthermore, my item was damaged by the staff loading it into my vehicle. Nothing was mentioned to me about the incident as I suppose no one wanted to take the responsibility. Enjoy shopping here but checkout is always a bit confusing. I don't always feel the staff have their customer's best interest at heart more

Best Antique Mall in Michigan 9/6/2010

There is always something there for me and my husband everytime we go in there. They are friendly and make you feel welcome. They are one of the few antique malls that carry everything. From Art Deco to WWII items. Love it!!! more

A Great Antique Experience! 3/21/2010

Now here's a store with something for everyone! A real collector's paradise. Quality antiques and collectibles, with a helpful and friendly staff. Every trip has been a real treat. New items arriving daily. I highly recommend this wonderful shop. A+A+A+A+A+ Pros: A terrific place to shop and find what you are looking for. Cons: None! Everything positive and very pleasant. more

Great place for all antiques 3/9/2010

This antique mall is well run with helpful, knowledgeable, and caring staff and owners. You will find a variety of antiques and collectibles pre-1960 era. The antique mall is large...plan on spending on quality time to look at all the great finds! The staff are very helpful, and if you cannot find what you are looking for, you can make a request and the mall will find the item. Go visit the best antique mall! more

Nice Mall !!! 3/9/2010

A lovely place to spend the day and some good deals also. Low end to high end merchandise and in every category you can think of. (Historical Eye Candy to Utilitarian pieces). They even have a wheelchair and walker available for the folks that can't get around so good. How great is that! Pros: Very WIDE Variety Cons: None that I noticed more

Best place to shop for antiques and collectibles. Staff is helpful and courteous. If you can't find what you're looking for, ask to be put on the ""Want List"". They will check with the dealers and call you when the item comes in! Pros: Interesting antiques more

Large selection of Antiques, top quality, with great and pleasant staff. Could spend entire day looking at all the items. Read other comments not sure why Sirat had bad experience, probably a rookie. Will stop by again and buy Pros: Very knowledgeable owners, Great Antiques more
