My response to the entry ""Employees need attitude adjustment"". I know that the Employees at Knightsbridge know most of the dealers and how much they are willing to take offers (depending on each individual dealer). Contacting dealers that have strict limits when offers are low becomes a waste of time as the response is always no. Employees have always attempted to contact dealers which have lower limits on their merchandise.The employees are there to sell the merchandise, and as time is so important, unnecessary phone calls will slow the service especially at times when the mall is busy. more
