The merchandise is great, the staff is helpful and friendly. However, when it comes to checking out, the counter is crowded and confusing. Too many people involved in checking out one person. Furthermore, my item was damaged by the staff loading it into my vehicle. Nothing was mentioned to me about the incident as I suppose no one wanted to take the responsibility. Enjoy shopping here but checkout is always a bit confusing. I don't always feel the staff have their customer's best interest at heart
