I hate to say it, since it is a recommended dry cleaner and there aren't many to choose from in Fort Worth, but this place is truly a MUST miss.\r
\r
I used their services three times and three times I was disappointed.\r
\r
First time, I had a boutique dress altered and they lost the sash. They made a good faith attempt to replace it, but couldn't find the ribbon and replaced it with a much lower quality and insufficient ribbon.\r
\r
Second time, I went to them to alter a pair of sevens. The seam of the jeans started to come undone after one washing on delicate (line dry).\r
\r
And the last time, I used their leather cleaning vendor. They sent away a practically NEW Coach purse (less than 5 mo old and barely used but had grease dripped on it at a restaurant [another story!]) and the purse came back over a month later (no call by the way to say it arrived) with the stain still their AND major damage (discoloration, tears and rippingas well as seam damage) to the strap. Initially, they showed concern and said they would call their manager and leather cleaning service to discuss, but over a week later, they kept my purse and the money but hadn't called back. Finally, I talked to a store manager, and they were very unhelpful. They claimed I signed a waiver and they were not responsible and could only refund the cleaning charge. \r
\r
I would recommend that if you care about anything you have to get cleaned or altered, choose a more reputable and responsible business to entrust your valuables to. I learned the hard way. If you have any suggestions about an alternate chose for cleaning in the Fort Worth area, I am all ears. I would rather drive to HOUSTON than use Kites again.\r
