All reviews seem positive

Outstanding 10/4/2017

When I first got here I was depressed. I had not been able to get out of bed in 4 months. I told the therapists that I wanted them to push me and challenge me because I was determined to get better. They did an outstanding job. After being bed bound for many months I am now up walking the halls in less that a weeks time. Thanks to the rehab team and all of the staff here. They are all always so nice. The nurses are very responsive and I am thrilled with how I feel today and that I am going home Friday. This has been a very food experience. Mrs Hammomds more

I give this hospital a thumbs up. David and Sandra were my favorite nurses. Their care was fabulous. I'd say three months in the hospital is about three months too long but I'm glad I was here. Ms. Powell more

Rehab team is great 9/27/2017

Everyone here is great! Natalie and Mark in rehab are awesome. When I got here Mark promised me that I would be able to get around without my walker. I can do that now, a little bit slower than with my walker, but I can do it. I have had a very successful stay here. more

Friendly and caring 9/21/2017

This experience has been so much better than all the other places. The food is fabulous and everyone make us feel welcome. The nurses are all so sweet and they take great care of us. It is nice to see all of the diversity and how everyone gets along like they are family. And they treat us like family too. The staff here is more friendly and caring than at other hospitals. And the care is more consistent. I also love and appreciate that they provided me with a bed so I can stay with my daughter. That is very important to us. We also like our view of the stadium and all the traffic on Cooper street. Mary more

Super friendly 9/21/2017

I have been at Kindred for about a month now and absolutely love it here. The food is amazing and the staff is super friendly. They not only take care of me but also treat my family well especially my mom who has been staying with me the whole time. They feed her and made sure she has a real bed. Shelby Marler more

Nice and pleasant 9/14/2017

This is the best hospital I have eve been to. I am as happy as happy can be. It's a really great place to be if you are sick. Everyone is nice and pleasant. I like that my daughter can bring my dog up to visit. Also the visiting hours aren't real strict so my daughter can come see me late at night. And I am getting plenty of great food. All of my nurses and rehab are very friendly and take good care of me. I would come back. Theresa T. more

Welcoming 9/14/2017

I come back to Kindred because they are always very welcoming and happy to see me. It's like coming home for me. They treat me like family and I miss them when I'm not here. I rest better knowing that I am at a place that really cares about me. So many of the staff here come to see me just to say hi. If I need anything while I'm here then I just ask for it. If there are any problems I know that someone will get it resolved quickly. My sister is not able to be involved as much this time but she knows Kindred will take good care of me. Pulmonary rehab 8/22/2017

The pulmonary rehab program has helped me tremendously. I am breathing better and able to do so much more. The tips and tricks are helpful. I like the group setting and the friendly competition. This group has built my confidence and I have a sense of comradery with the others in the program. N. Giddens. more

Great program 8/22/2017

I am able to breathe much better and walk around more. The exercises have built up my strength. I've learned how to breathe to better open up my airway. Kim is amazing and so good at what she does even though she does wear me out. It's a great program and has saved my life. M. Peck. more

I have been in the program since may and have seen a significant improvement. I am able to move around the house and breathe much better. The breathing exercises help me open up my lungs. Kim is great too. more

Exercise and education 8/22/2017

It gives me a reason to get out of the house. The exercises and education are what has helped me most. I never really understood before how my body works. With the proper education on how to breathe properly do certain tasks I have improved my life. I wish I had known these things years ago. I now know how to make the most of my air. Paula more

Attentive staff 8/16/2017

I like it here. They pay more attention to you than most places. I get good vibes and feel that the staff is very attentive. My case manager, Lori, has been very helpful. She is very knowledgeable and keeps me updated on my care plan. My favorite nurse is Frank. He's treated me very well. He exudes an ora of confidence in education and training that makes a patient feel better. Shimi is my favorite nurse aide. The housekeeping team does a great job too! more

Great nursing staff 8/10/2017

My stay here is much better than the facility I was at before here. The nursing staff is great! Frank is the best. He was here when I was admitted. He makes sure my wounds are good and clean. I'm confident in the care I receive from him and the rest of the nurses. more

Thankful 8/9/2017

Everyone here is wonderful. I couldn't have asked for better care for my husband. I was able to be with him during his time here and that was very important to us both. We are thankful for the care but happy to be going home. more
