Therapy department is the best I have seen and worked with. You totally trust them they know what they are doing. They are just great. Katie she is a wealth of knowledge, caring and just an angel. more

Kindred Clear Lake 4/16/2020

Care has been wonderful from nurses to assistants, might be good to have maybe 1 extra person at night for the help but didn't take away from the great care I got. Katie (therapy) always was fantastic. Was there all the time in case I got tired during therapy. Mia (WC) always made me aware of my treatments and what to expect. more

Excellent Hospital 4/10/2020

All the departments were very caring and nurturing and attentive. They responded to my request and questions immediately with no delay. I found 99% of the staff were very interacting and engaging with very warm smiles and care. From every department I found that they did their job best and told me what their procedures were every step of the way. The food was great every day. The therapy department was excellent. I would definitely return to this hospital. more

Really appreciate that physical and occupational therapist were always flexible with my time and all the other care I was getting. Glessen was very very perceptive and always on top of things with my care. Gabriela has that military background and it showed with the "always can do attitude" it got me to be able to do it. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family. more

Best wouncare 3/3/2020

I came to this facility from Hermen in the Medical Center, and I feel like I'm getting much better wouncare treatments here. I'm fighting with my insurance now to try to stay here just because of the woundcare. I would really recommend this hospital more

Great hospital 2/27/2020

Nice clean hospital. Everyone is curtious and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better place. Very superior compared to the other hospital I was at before. I can't complain about anybody here. Food is excellent also. more

My experience 2/26/2020

This is a good facility. Everyone was been doing great, especially respiratory. Every dept is quickly to respond, the call bell response is fast don't have to wait. Everyone seems to work together. more

I have gotten excellent care here. Dr. Guidry is a very thorough and goes beyond expected, PT and OT best I have ever had. Wouncare nurse Mia is awesome and great at her job. more

They are friendly and professional. Especially the doctors they have here. I have a lot of confidence in them. I've gotten to know them well. The reason I come here is also for nursing. They are really good. I just think the quality they have here compared to other places is better. The nursing assistants are friendly and helpful too. more

The Staff are Superb 12/31/2019

I love this place! The staff is kind and courteous. They have an excellent therapy department. I worked with three therapists, Larry, Paul and Gleason. Larry is an inspiration! I watched other therapists in the gym and they all seemed just as good. They were all genuine people. The staff are superb here. My office person Fabby is very caring and looks out for me. I couldn't have asked for better. The doctors take their time to explain things and answer my questions. The nurses and techs did too. I have had great care here. Even the pharmacy staff make a point to stop and talk to me when they stock the med box in my room. Respiratory therapy was Jonny on the spot with my treatments and always came quickly if I needed them between scheduled treatments.Dietary and housekeeping were also very nice. I can't pick any one person to recognize over another's here because they were all so great! more

The care here has been wonderful. I especially want to recognize nurses Heather B., Sheri, and the tech Doris. They have been so welcoming and friendly and always right there when I need them. They make me feel well cared for. more

Five Star Staff 12/16/2019

Eudell in HBO therapy is very friendly. Whatever I need- he even goes out of his way to pour my Diet Coke for me. That makes me feel more welcome and like family here. Doris is a a great tech. She is the same way. She is really funny and pays attention to the details of my care. When she works with me I don't feel like I'm in the hospital. I feel like I'm at home. I wish she was my tech everyday. more

Everything has been great. The wound care nurse Lizet explains everything. She does her best to work with me and adjusts her care based on my pain. She takes time to explain everything to me. I like that she tells me about how my wound is healing. more

My Success Story 12/4/2019

I would definitely give a good review. Everything went well and there was very little that I worried about. The nurses were all kind and very helpful. Everyone was very sweet and nice and that stands out the most about my stay here. Lauren from nursing is especially kind. She seems to be kind to everybody, not just certain people. She would go out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable. I think it was very successful and I would use this hospital in the future if I need it. more
