High turnover of staff, apathy from the management, and the owners prefer to stuff your child in a room with dozens of kids with only 2 teachers. I would show up and the teachers were stressed out, overworked, and the room looked like a bomb had hit it; i.e., filthy and disorganized. They tried to stuff my infant in a toddler room with 3 year olds when he couldn't even walk yet. Due to high ratios in the infant rooms the teachers were not able to keep with all the children. \r
I supervised my child on the cameras and observed my my child falling and hurting his head when the teacher's back was turned. After several meetings with the director, and realizing that none of our concerns had been addressed, we decided to make a change. We were not going to let our 9 month old be in the same room with 20+ 2-3 yr old Toddlers. We went to Creme de la creme in Allen and my child is learning rapidly and is very happy. What a difference it makes when management focuses on the children's development and not just simply making money. Structure, top notch cleanliness, low ratios, nutritious meals -not frozen food, attentive and responsive to our requests, we couldn't be happier. In conclusion, I strongly recommend all parents do their research and consider this review. \r

I've seen recently where it has been said that I'm allegedly an ex-employee. Simply not true. I'm a father that doesn't want anyone to make the same mistake we did. There are cleaner, better managed daycare's out there. Do your research and trust your instincts. Good luck.
