I have been a long time customer of Kemper Appliance (>7 years). The former owner/contact Nida was just the best to deal with. When ownership changed I noticed an immediate change in the level of service I received and it wasn't positive. After some conversations and complaints the new staff has make significant efforts to imporve which I have appreciated greatly. I've continued to use the service and things have been positive. I would just like to say that in this time of our trying economy spending a lot of money on new appliances is not optional however, I still need to wash laundry. The service I recieved at Kemper Appliance was of great quality. All the employees I delt with were helpful and made me feel at ease buying used appliances. I havent had any problems with my machines so I am not sure how that part of the service is yet but if the time comes I have full confidence in the company to continue the excellent customer service and will write another review. In regards to this one and only bad review...I am the office Manager at Kemper Appliance. I personally delt with CRIMSONDR who called me a loud mouth WH**E for sticking up for my company. He mocked us, intentionally to get a rise out of us, he was the worst customer to deal with, 3 of our employees had the worst time working with him.When his dryer needed repair we responded PROMPTLY but his wife was the one putting it off due to her illness that day.He sent us a whopping $1.00 for his rent which was $80 to show his immature demener that he continually showed in the several conversations we had.I believe that his anger stemmed from his landlord who was losing the home they were renting. He in fact was the one mouthing off calling the owner a whorthless NI**ER.He is a liar and probably has a mental problem by the way he couldn't stop calling our office and hanging up like a child in elementary school prank calling.He demanded pick up on Sunday the only day we were not open, he was so unreal, he is definitly not in his right mind and anyone questioning the level of service that Kemper Appliance has shown over the last 31 years please contact us and get your own opinion on our Company. I was a loyal client of Kemper Appliance for over 3 years. I over paid my bill for several months and ended up with a 60 dollar credit. My dryer stopped working, so I sent them a note asking them to repair it before I made another payment. They not only refused...they said they were offended that I wouldnt pay them, and that they would just come pick up there machines. After stating that I would not be available on the day that they wanted to come, The owner called me, began threatening to call my employer, challenged me to come to his place of business to fight, and called me a 'worthless Nig..r.... I do nto reccomend Kemper Appliance to anyone that does not feel like being treated poorly buy an obviously hostile biggoted company. Just my opinion.
