I have been a long time customer of Kemper Appliance (>7 years). The former owner/contact Nida was just the best to deal with. When ownership changed I noticed an immediate change in the level of service I received and it wasn't positive. After some conversations and complaints the new staff has make significant efforts to imporve which I have appreciated greatly. I've continued to use the service and things have been positive.
