Review content:
I was a loyal client of Kemper Appliance for over 3 years. I over paid my bill for several months and ended up with a 60 dollar credit. My dryer stopped working, so I sent them a note asking them to repair it before I made another payment. They not only refused...they said they were offended that I wouldnt pay them, and that they would just come pick up there machines. After stating that I would not be available on the day that they wanted to come, The owner called me, began threatening to call my employer, challenged me to come to his place of business to fight, and called me a 'worthless Nig..r.... I do nto reccomend Kemper Appliance to anyone that does not feel like being treated poorly buy an obviously hostile biggoted company. Just my opinion.
