Hello, My Name is Bonnie and I own a 2004 Kia Rio that was purchased in 2004 from another establishment. \r
On August 15th at 6:15 PM, I had returned home from grocery shopping with my trunk full of groceries and when I went to use the release lever for the trunk it would not engage. I then went to the back to open it with my key & it too would not work. I then began to panic concerned of the groceries spoiling in this heat. I immediately contacted Keffer KIA of Mooresville and spoke with Crystal and I told her my situation. Crystal told me that all of the service technicians had gone home but walked into the back just to check if by chance someone was there to help me but as she suspected, they had all left for the night. She then began to find a way to help me and was walking me through steps of ways to try to get into the trunk. She then told me to bring it in and we would figure it out!
