You know how people say they always hate going to the dentist? This is also true for car dealerships. My whole attitude changed when I met Richie Carter, the Internet Manager, at Keffer Kia. He answered all my questions, gave me what I was looking for with no pressure. (Unheard Of) This was the most relaxing, convenient and pleasurable car buying experience I've had in a long time, and so thank you Richie and Keffer Kia for being unique and above the rest. more

I've been to one too many dealerships, and have gotten played one too many times. Coming to Keffer Kia and working with Richie Carter changed my whole perspective in buying a car. He's honest, respectful and to the point. Very energetic, charismatic and very professional. Dealing with Keffer Kia and Richie Carter has given me a greater appreciation for A-1 customer service, and this will be the place and salesperson that will be recommened to all my friends and family. more

Great Experience 2/24/2011

I had a great experience at Keffer Kia. I had always been uneasy about dealing with salesmen because in my past experiences they were always very pushy and didn't seem to have my best interest in mind. I'm glad to say that has now changed after meeting Richie Carter. Richie was honest, patient, and genuine. Thanks Richie and Keffer Kia! more
