Lucky to have found Keffer 2/20/2011

My husband and I went to several dealerships while car shopping. We were recommended to Keffer Kia and salesman Chris Baas through a friend of ours. We were very lucky to get that recommendation and we will continue to recommend to others as well. Still loving our Sorrento by the way. more

I don't normally write reviews but Keffer Kia is totally worth it. I love my Kia and would recommend to ask for Chris Baas when shopping, but everyone there is very curtious and helpful. 5 stars! more

Best Service Yet 2/6/2011

I would refer anyone to Keffer Kia. I recently purchased a 2011 kia Soul and my expirence could not have been better. I had Daniel Decicco as my sales person. He was friendly and a just a great guy all around. If i was able to go back tomorrow and buy a new car I would definantly ask for him. He made the process simple and easy. THANKS DANIEL :) more

I have puchased many vehicles in my years. I have never been treated better by a warm an inviting staff like Keffer Kia. It was a very quick process (which my time is limited). They also made it very exciting, I got to ring a bell and everyone clapped and made it a celebration. I was very suprised and excited. more

I purchased a new KIA from the staff at Keffer Kia for my wife & a used car for my self, becasue the salesman,salesmanager\r & the GM treated my wife & I very professionally. We felt like there honesty and sincerity was for real. I had NO intentions of buying two cars but they made the difference. The Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota & Honda personnel have a lot to learn about working with people. This was the best buying experience we have every been through. They have a great staff! more

after shopping the the competition in charlotte,hickory and winston salem and i was very happy with my experience with my sales rep brandon and my finace manager paul at keffer kia! i would higly reccomend this company to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle vehicle. when i agreed to the figures on the deal the sales manager paged on the intercom Keffer kia would like to congratulate me and my family on the purchase of my new kia sorrento! everyone came over and clapped for me as i rang a cow bell! thnx guys more

Do not use Keffer Kia of Moorsville 2/25/2010

This was by far the WORST dealership I have ever been to. After sending my information to numours banks (when I told them upfront to only send my info to 1 maybe 2 banks so it wouldn't put a huge difference in my credit score) they still could not do what they agreed to. Needless to say I def did not need them because 2 days later I went and got a car 2 years newer then what they were trying to sell me for a much cheaper price. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! more

Keffer Kia 7/6/2009

I went with a friend of mine to have her van serviced here. The service staff was very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to be sure that she was happy. The salesmen were like vultures. We had to explain several times that neither of us were interested in buying. more
